How blessed are those whose actions are blameless, who obey the law of the LORD. Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the LORD! Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the law of the LORD.
How blessed are those who observe his rules, and seek him with all their heart, Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart, Blessed are those who keep his statutes and seek him with all their heart—
who, moreover, do no wrong, but follow in his footsteps. who also do no wrong, but walk in his ways! they do no wrong but follow his ways.
You demand that your precepts be carefully kept. You have commanded your precepts to be kept diligently. You have laid down precepts that are to be fully obeyed.
If only I were predisposed to keep your statutes! Oh that my ways may be steadfast in keeping your statutes! Oh, that my ways were steadfast in obeying your decrees!
Then I would not be ashamed, if I were focused on all your commands. Then I shall not be put to shame, having my eyes fixed on all your commandments. Then I would not be put to shame when I consider all your commands.
I will give you sincere thanks, when I learn your just regulations. I will praise you with an upright heart, when I learn your righteous rules. I will praise you with an upright heart as I learn your righteous laws.
I will keep your statutes. Do not completely abandon me! I will keep your statutes; do not utterly forsake me! I will obey your decrees; do not utterly forsake me.
How can a young person maintain a pure life? By guarding it according to your instructions! How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word. How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to your word.
With all my heart I seek you. Do not allow me to stray from your commands! With my whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments! I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands.
In my heart I store up your words, so I might not sin against you. I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you. I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.
You deserve praise, O LORD! Teach me your statutes! Blessed are you, O LORD; teach me your statutes! Praise be to you, LORD; teach me your decrees.
With my lips I proclaim all the regulations you have revealed. With my lips I declare all the rules of your mouth. With my lips I recount all the laws that come from your mouth.
I rejoice in the lifestyle prescribed by your rules as if they were riches of all kinds. In the way of your testimonies I delight as much as in all riches. I rejoice in following your statutes as one rejoices in great riches.
I will meditate on your precepts and focus on your behavior. I will meditate on your precepts and fix my eyes on your ways. I meditate on your precepts and consider your ways.
I find delight in your statutes; I do not forget your instructions. I will delight in your statutes; I will not forget your word. I delight in your decrees; I will not neglect your word.
Be kind to your servant! Then I will live and keep your instructions. Deal bountifully with your servant, that I may live and keep your word. Be good to your servant while I live, that I may obey your word.
Open my eyes so I can truly see the marvelous things in your law! Open my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of your law. Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law.
I am like a foreigner in this land. Do not hide your commands from me! I am a sojourner on the earth; hide not your commandments from me! I am a stranger on earth; do not hide your commands from me.
I desperately long to know your regulations at all times. My soul is consumed with longing for your rules at all times. My soul is consumed with longing for your laws at all times.
You reprimand arrogant people. Those who stray from your commands are doomed. You rebuke the insolent, accursed ones, who wander from your commandments. You rebuke the arrogant, who are accursed, those who stray from your commands.
Spare me shame and humiliation, for I observe your rules. Take away from me scorn and contempt, for I have kept your testimonies. Remove from me their scorn and contempt, for I keep your statutes.
Though rulers plot and slander me, your servant meditates on your statutes. Even though princes sit plotting against me, your servant will meditate on your statutes. Though rulers sit together and slander me, your servant will meditate on your decrees.
Yes, I find delight in your rules; they give me guidance. Your testimonies are my delight; they are my counselors. Your statutes are my delight; they are my counselors.
I collapse in the dirt. Revive me with your word! My soul clings to the dust; give me life according to your word! I am laid low in the dust; preserve my life according to your word.
I told you about my ways and you answered me. Teach me your statutes! When I told of my ways, you answered me; teach me your statutes! I gave an account of my ways and you answered me; teach me your decrees.
Help me to understand what your precepts mean! Then I can meditate on your marvelous teachings. Make me understand the way of your precepts, and I will meditate on your wondrous works. Cause me to understand the way of your precepts, that I may meditate on your wonderful deeds.
I collapse from grief. Sustain me by your word! My soul melts away for sorrow; strengthen me according to your word! My soul is weary with sorrow; strengthen me according to your word.
Remove me from the path of deceit! Graciously give me your law! Put false ways far from me and graciously teach me your law! Keep me from deceitful ways; be gracious to me and teach me your law.
I choose the path of faithfulness; I am committed to your regulations. I have chosen the way of faithfulness; I set your rules before me. I have chosen the way of faithfulness; I have set my heart on your laws.
I hold fast to your rules. O LORD, do not let me be ashamed! I cling to your testimonies, O LORD; let me not be put to shame! I hold fast to your statutes, LORD; do not let me be put to shame.
I run along the path of your commands, for you enable me to do so. I will run in the way of your commandments when you enlarge my heart! I run in the path of your commands, for you have broadened my understanding.
Teach me, O LORD, the lifestyle prescribed by your statutes, so that I might observe it continually. Teach me, O LORD, the way of your statutes; and I will keep it to the end. Teach me, LORD, the way of your decrees, that I may follow it to the end.
Give me understanding so that I might observe your law, and keep it with all my heart. Give me understanding, that I may keep your law and observe it with my whole heart. Give me understanding, so that I may keep your law and obey it with all my heart.
Guide me in the path of your commands, for I delight to walk in it. Lead me in the path of your commandments, for I delight in it. Direct me in the path of your commands, for there I find delight.
Give me a desire for your rules, rather than for wealth gained unjustly. Incline my heart to your testimonies, and not to selfish gain! Turn my heart toward your statutes and not toward selfish gain.
Turn my eyes away from what is worthless! Revive me with your word! Turn my eyes from looking at worthless things; and give me life in your ways. Turn my eyes away from worthless things; preserve my life according to your word.
Confirm to your servant your promise, which you made to the one who honors you. Confirm to your servant your promise, that you may be feared. Fulfill your promise to your servant, so that you may be feared.
Take away the insults that I dread! Indeed, your regulations are good. Turn away the reproach that I dread, for your rules are good. Take away the disgrace I dread, for your laws are good.
Look, I long for your precepts. Revive me with your deliverance! Behold, I long for your precepts; in your righteousness give me life! How I long for your precepts! In your righteousness preserve my life.
May I experience your loyal love, O LORD, and your deliverance, as you promised. Let your steadfast love come to me, O LORD, your salvation according to your promise; May your unfailing love come to me, LORD, your salvation, according to your promise;
Then I will have a reply for the one who insults me, for I trust in your word. then shall I have an answer for him who taunts me, for I trust in your word. then I can answer anyone who taunts me, for I trust in your word.
Do not completely deprive me of a truthful testimony, for I await your justice. And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth, for my hope is in your rules. Never take your word of truth from my mouth, for I have put my hope in your laws.
Then I will keep your law continually now and for all time. I will keep your law continually, forever and ever, I will always obey your law, for ever and ever.
I will be secure, for I seek your precepts. and I shall walk in a wide place, for I have sought your precepts. I will walk about in freedom, for I have sought out your precepts.
I will speak about your regulations before kings and not be ashamed. I will also speak of your testimonies before kings and shall not be put to shame, I will speak of your statutes before kings and will not be put to shame,
I will find delight in your commands, which I love. for I find my delight in your commandments, which I love. for I delight in your commands because I love them.
I will lift my hands to your commands, which I love, and I will meditate on your statutes. I will lift up my hands toward your commandments, which I love, and I will meditate on your statutes. I reach out for your commands, which I love, that I may meditate on your decrees.
Remember your word to your servant, for you have given me hope. Remember your word to your servant, in which you have made me hope. Remember your word to your servant, for you have given me hope.
This is what comforts me in my trouble, for your promise revives me. This is my comfort in my affliction, that your promise gives me life. My comfort in my suffering is this: Your promise preserves my life.
Arrogant people do nothing but scoff at me. Yet I do not turn aside from your law. The insolent utterly deride me, but I do not turn away from your law. The arrogant mock me unmercifully, but I do not turn from your law.
I remember your ancient regulations, O LORD, and console myself. When I think of your rules from of old, I take comfort, O LORD. I remember, LORD, your ancient laws, and I find comfort in them.
Rage takes hold of me because of the wicked, those who reject your law. Hot indignation seizes me because of the wicked, who forsake your law. Indignation grips me because of the wicked, who have forsaken your law.
Your statutes have been my songs in the house where I live. Your statutes have been my songs in the house of my sojourning. Your decrees are the theme of my song wherever I lodge.
I remember your name during the night, O LORD, and I will keep your law. I remember your name in the night, O LORD, and keep your law. In the night, LORD, I remember your name, that I may keep your law.
This has been my practice, for I observe your precepts. This blessing has fallen to me, that I have kept your precepts. This has been my practice: I obey your precepts.
The LORD is my source of security. I have determined to follow your instructions. The LORD is my portion; I promise to keep your words. You are my portion, LORD; I have promised to obey your words.
I seek your favor with all my heart. Have mercy on me as you promised! I entreat your favor with all my heart; be gracious to me according to your promise. I have sought your face with all my heart; be gracious to me according to your promise.
I consider my actions and follow your rules. When I think on my ways, I turn my feet to your testimonies; I have considered my ways and have turned my steps to your statutes.
I keep your commands eagerly and without delay. I hasten and do not delay to keep your commandments. I will hasten and not delay to obey your commands.
The ropes of the wicked tighten around me, but I do not forget your law. Though the cords of the wicked ensnare me, I do not forget your law. Though the wicked bind me with ropes, I will not forget your law.
In the middle of the night I arise to thank you for your just regulations. At midnight I rise to praise you, because of your righteous rules. At midnight I rise to give you thanks for your righteous laws.
I am a friend to all your loyal followers, and to those who keep your precepts. I am a companion of all who fear you, of those who keep your precepts. I am a friend to all who fear you, to all who follow your precepts.
O LORD, your loyal love fills the earth. Teach me your statutes! The earth, O LORD, is full of your steadfast love; teach me your statutes! The earth is filled with your love, LORD; teach me your decrees.
You are good to your servant, O LORD, just as you promised. You have dealt well with your servant, O LORD, according to your word. Do good to your servant according to your word, LORD.
Teach me proper discernment and understanding! For I consider your commands to be reliable. Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I believe in your commandments. Teach me knowledge and good judgment, for I trust your commands.
Before I was afflicted I used to stray off, but now I keep your instructions. Before I was afflicted I went astray, but now I keep your word. Before I was afflicted I went astray, but now I obey your word.
You are good and you do good. Teach me your statutes! You are good and do good; teach me your statutes. You are good, and what you do is good; teach me your decrees.
Arrogant people smear my reputation with lies, but I observe your precepts with all my heart. The insolent smear me with lies, but with my whole heart I keep your precepts; Though the arrogant have smeared me with lies, I keep your precepts with all my heart.
Their hearts are calloused, but I find delight in your law. their heart is unfeeling like fat, but I delight in your law. Their hearts are callous and unfeeling, but I delight in your law.
It was good for me to suffer, so that I might learn your statutes. It is good for me that I was afflicted, that I might learn your statutes. It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees.
The law you have revealed is more important to me than thousands of pieces of gold and silver. The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver pieces. The law from your mouth is more precious to me than thousands of pieces of silver and gold.
Your hands made me and formed me. Give me understanding so that I might learn your commands. Your hands have made and fashioned me; give me understanding that I may learn your commandments. Your hands made me and formed me; give me understanding to learn your commands.
Your loyal followers will be glad when they see me, for I find hope in your word. Those who fear you shall see me and rejoice, because I have hoped in your word. May those who fear you rejoice when they see me, for I have put my hope in your word.
I know, LORD, that your regulations are just. You disciplined me because of your faithful devotion to me. I know, O LORD, that your rules are righteous, and that in faithfulness you have afflicted me. I know, LORD, that your laws are righteous, and that in faithfulness you have afflicted me.
May your loyal love console me, as you promised your servant. Let your steadfast love comfort me according to your promise to your servant. May your unfailing love be my comfort, according to your promise to your servant.
May I experience your compassion, so I might live! For I find delight in your law. Let your mercy come to me, that I may live; for your law is my delight. Let your compassion come to me that I may live, for your law is my delight.
May the arrogant be humiliated, for they have slandered me! But I meditate on your precepts. Let the insolent be put to shame, because they have wronged me with falsehood; as for me, I will meditate on your precepts. May the arrogant be put to shame for wronging me without cause; but I will meditate on your precepts.
May your loyal followers turn to me, those who know your rules. Let those who fear you turn to me, that they may know your testimonies. May those who fear you turn to me, those who understand your statutes.
May I be fully committed to your statutes, so that I might not be ashamed. May my heart be blameless in your statutes, that I may not be put to shame! May I wholeheartedly follow your decrees, that I may not be put to shame.
I desperately long for your deliverance. I find hope in your word. My soul longs for your salvation; I hope in your word. My soul faints with longing for your salvation, but I have put my hope in your word.
My eyes grow tired as I wait for your promise to be fulfilled. I say, |When will you comfort me?| My eyes long for your promise; I ask, “When will you comfort me?” My eyes fail, looking for your promise; I say, “When will you comfort me?”
For I am like a wineskin dried up in smoke. I do not forget your statutes. For I have become like a wineskin in the smoke, yet I have not forgotten your statutes. Though I am like a wineskin in the smoke, I do not forget your decrees.
How long must your servant endure this? When will you judge those who pursue me? How long must your servant endure? When will you judge those who persecute me? How long must your servant wait? When will you punish my persecutors?
The arrogant dig pits to trap me, which violates your law. The insolent have dug pitfalls for me; they do not live according to your law. The arrogant dig pits to trap me, contrary to your law.
All your commands are reliable. I am pursued without reason. Help me! All your commandments are sure; they persecute me with falsehood; help me! All your commands are trustworthy; help me, for I am being persecuted without cause.
They have almost destroyed me here on the earth, but I do not reject your precepts. They have almost made an end of me on earth, but I have not forsaken your precepts. They almost wiped me from the earth, but I have not forsaken your precepts.
Revive me with your loyal love, that I might keep the rules you have revealed. In your steadfast love give me life, that I may keep the testimonies of your mouth. In your unfailing love preserve my life, that I may obey the statutes of your mouth.
O LORD, your instructions endure; they stand secure in heaven. Forever, O LORD, your word is firmly fixed in the heavens. Your word, LORD, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens.
You demonstrate your faithfulness to all generations. You established the earth and it stood firm. Your faithfulness endures to all generations; you have established the earth, and it stands fast. Your faithfulness continues through all generations; you established the earth, and it endures.
Today they stand firm by your decrees, for all things are your servants. By your appointment they stand this day, for all things are your servants. Your laws endure to this day, for all things serve you.
If I had not found encouragement in your law, I would have died in my sorrow. If your law had not been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction. If your law had not been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction.
I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have revived me. I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have given me life. I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have preserved my life.
I belong to you. Deliver me! For I seek your precepts. I am yours; save me, for I have sought your precepts. Save me, for I am yours; I have sought out your precepts.
The wicked prepare to kill me, yet I concentrate on your rules. The wicked lie in wait to destroy me, but I consider your testimonies. The wicked are waiting to destroy me, but I will ponder your statutes.
I realize that everything has its limits, but your commands are beyond full comprehension. I have seen a limit to all perfection, but your commandment is exceedingly broad. To all perfection I see a limit, but your commands are boundless.
O how I love your law! All day long I meditate on it. Oh how I love your law! It is my meditation all the day. Oh, how I love your law! I meditate on it all day long.
Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for I am always aware of them. Your commandment makes me wiser than my enemies, for it is ever with me. Your commands are always with me and make me wiser than my enemies.
I have more insight than all my teachers, for I meditate on your rules. I have more understanding than all my teachers, for your testimonies are my meditation. I have more insight than all my teachers, for I meditate on your statutes.
I am more discerning than those older than I, for I observe your precepts. I understand more than the aged, for I keep your precepts. I have more understanding than the elders, for I obey your precepts.
I stay away from the evil path, so that I might keep your instructions. I hold back my feet from every evil way, in order to keep your word. I have kept my feet from every evil path so that I might obey your word.
I do not turn aside from your regulations, for you teach me. I do not turn aside from your rules, for you have taught me. I have not departed from your laws, for you yourself have taught me.
Your words are sweeter in my mouth than honey! How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth! How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!
Your precepts give me discernment. Therefore I hate all deceitful actions. Through your precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way. I gain understanding from your precepts; therefore I hate every wrong path.
Your word is a lamp to walk by, and a light to illumine my path. Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.
I have vowed and solemnly sworn to keep your just regulations. I have sworn an oath and confirmed it, to keep your righteous rules. I have taken an oath and confirmed it, that I will follow your righteous laws.
I am suffering terribly. O LORD, revive me with your word! I am severely afflicted; give me life, O LORD, according to your word! I have suffered much; preserve my life, LORD, according to your word.
O LORD, please accept the freewill offerings of my praise! Teach me your regulations! Accept my freewill offerings of praise, O LORD, and teach me your rules. Accept, LORD, the willing praise of my mouth, and teach me your laws.
My life is in continual danger, but I do not forget your law. I hold my life in my hand continually, but I do not forget your law. Though I constantly take my life in my hands, I will not forget your law.
The wicked lay a trap for me, but I do not wander from your precepts. The wicked have laid a snare for me, but I do not stray from your precepts. The wicked have set a snare for me, but I have not strayed from your precepts.
I claim your rules as my permanent possession, for they give me joy. Your testimonies are my heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart. Your statutes are my heritage forever; they are the joy of my heart.
I am determined to obey your statutes at all times, to the very end. I incline my heart to perform your statutes forever, to the end. My heart is set on keeping your decrees to the very end.
I hate people with divided loyalties, but I love your law. I hate the double-minded, but I love your law. I hate double-minded people, but I love your law.
You are my hiding place and my shield. I find hope in your word. You are my hiding place and my shield; I hope in your word. You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word.
Turn away from me, you evil men, so that I can observe the commands of my God. Depart from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commandments of my God. Away from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commands of my God!
Sustain me as you promised, so that I will live. Do not disappoint me! Uphold me according to your promise, that I may live, and let me not be put to shame in my hope! Sustain me, my God, according to your promise, and I will live; do not let my hopes be dashed.
Support me, so that I will be delivered. Then I will focus on your statutes continually. Hold me up, that I may be safe and have regard for your statutes continually! Uphold me, and I will be delivered; I will always have regard for your decrees.
You despise all who stray from your statutes, for they are deceptive and unreliable. You spurn all who go astray from your statutes, for their cunning is in vain. You reject all who stray from your decrees, for their delusions come to nothing.
You remove all the wicked of the earth like slag. Therefore I love your rules. All the wicked of the earth you discard like dross, therefore I love your testimonies. All the wicked of the earth you discard like dross; therefore I love your statutes.
My body trembles because I fear you; I am afraid of your judgments. My flesh trembles for fear of you, and I am afraid of your judgments. My flesh trembles in fear of you; I stand in awe of your laws.
I do what is fair and right. Do not abandon me to my oppressors! I have done what is just and right; do not leave me to my oppressors. I have done what is righteous and just; do not leave me to my oppressors.
Guarantee the welfare of your servant! Do not let the arrogant oppress me! Give your servant a pledge of good; let not the insolent oppress me. Ensure your servant’s well-being; do not let the arrogant oppress me.
My eyes grow tired as I wait for your deliverance, for your reliable promise to be fulfilled. My eyes long for your salvation and for the fulfillment of your righteous promise. My eyes fail, looking for your salvation, looking for your righteous promise.
Show your servant your loyal love! Teach me your statutes! Deal with your servant according to your steadfast love, and teach me your statutes. Deal with your servant according to your love and teach me your decrees.
I am your servant. Give me insight, so that I can understand your rules. I am your servant; give me understanding, that I may know your testimonies! I am your servant; give me discernment that I may understand your statutes.
It is time for the LORD to act--they break your law! It is time for the LORD to act, for your law has been broken. It is time for you to act, LORD; your law is being broken.
For this reason I love your commands more than gold, even purest gold. Therefore I love your commandments above gold, above fine gold. Because I love your commands more than gold, more than pure gold,
For this reason I carefully follow all your precepts. I hate all deceitful actions. Therefore I consider all your precepts to be right; I hate every false way. and because I consider all your precepts right, I hate every wrong path.
Your rules are marvelous. Therefore I observe them. Your testimonies are wonderful; therefore my soul keeps them. Your statutes are wonderful; therefore I obey them.
Your instructions are a doorway through which light shines. They give insight to the untrained. The unfolding of your words gives light; it imparts understanding to the simple. The unfolding of your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.
I open my mouth and pant, because I long for your commands. I open my mouth and pant, because I long for your commandments. I open my mouth and pant, longing for your commands.
Turn toward me and extend mercy to me, as you typically do to your loyal followers. Turn to me and be gracious to me, as is your way with those who love your name. Turn to me and have mercy on me, as you always do to those who love your name.
Direct my steps by your word! Do not let any sin dominate me! Keep steady my steps according to your promise, and let no iniquity get dominion over me. Direct my footsteps according to your word; let no sin rule over me.
Deliver me from oppressive men, so that I can keep your precepts. Redeem me from man’s oppression, that I may keep your precepts. Redeem me from human oppression, that I may obey your precepts.
Smile on your servant! Teach me your statutes! Make your face shine upon your servant, and teach me your statutes. Make your face shine on your servant and teach me your decrees.
Tears stream down from my eyes, because people do not keep your law. My eyes shed streams of tears, because people do not keep your law. Streams of tears flow from my eyes, for your law is not obeyed.
You are just, O LORD, and your judgments are fair. Righteous are you, O LORD, and right are your rules. You are righteous, LORD, and your laws are right.
The rules you impose are just, and absolutely reliable. You have appointed your testimonies in righteousness and in all faithfulness. The statutes you have laid down are righteous; they are fully trustworthy.
My zeal consumes me, for my enemies forget your instructions. My zeal consumes me, because my foes forget your words. My zeal wears me out, for my enemies ignore your words.
Your word is absolutely pure, and your servant loves it! Your promise is well tried, and your servant loves it. Your promises have been thoroughly tested, and your servant loves them.
I am insignificant and despised, yet I do not forget your precepts. I am small and despised, yet I do not forget your precepts. Though I am lowly and despised, I do not forget your precepts.
Your justice endures, and your law is reliable. Your righteousness is righteous forever, and your law is true. Your righteousness is everlasting and your law is true.
Distress and hardship confront me, yet I find delight in your commands. Trouble and anguish have found me out, but your commandments are my delight. Trouble and distress have come upon me, but your commands give me delight.
Your rules remain just. Give me insight so that I can live. Your testimonies are righteous forever; give me understanding that I may live. Your statutes are always righteous; give me understanding that I may live.
I cried out with all my heart, |Answer me, O LORD! I will observe your statutes.| With my whole heart I cry; answer me, O LORD! I will keep your statutes. I call with all my heart; answer me, LORD, and I will obey your decrees.
I cried out to you, |Deliver me, so that I can keep your rules.| I call to you; save me, that I may observe your testimonies. I call out to you; save me and I will keep your statutes.
I am up before dawn crying for help. I find hope in your word. I rise before dawn and cry for help; I hope in your words. I rise before dawn and cry for help; I have put my hope in your word.
My eyes anticipate the nighttime hours, so that I can meditate on your word. My eyes are awake before the watches of the night, that I may meditate on your promise. My eyes stay open through the watches of the night, that I may meditate on your promises.
Listen to me because of your loyal love! O LORD, revive me, as you typically do! Hear my voice according to your steadfast love; O LORD, according to your justice give me life. Hear my voice in accordance with your love; preserve my life, LORD, according to your laws.
Those who are eager to do wrong draw near; they are far from your law. They draw near who persecute me with evil purpose; they are far from your law. Those who devise wicked schemes are near, but they are far from your law.
You are near, O LORD, and all your commands are reliable. But you are near, O LORD, and all your commandments are true. Yet you are near, LORD, and all your commands are true.
I learned long ago that you ordained your rules to last. Long have I known from your testimonies that you have founded them forever. Long ago I learned from your statutes that you established them to last forever.
See my pain and rescue me! For I do not forget your law. Look on my affliction and deliver me, for I do not forget your law. Look on my suffering and deliver me, for I have not forgotten your law.
Fight for me and defend me! Revive me with your word! Plead my cause and redeem me; give me life according to your promise! Defend my cause and redeem me; preserve my life according to your promise.
The wicked have no chance for deliverance, for they do not seek your statutes. Salvation is far from the wicked, for they do not seek your statutes. Salvation is far from the wicked, for they do not seek out your decrees.
Your compassion is great, O LORD. Revive me, as you typically do! Great is your mercy, O LORD; give me life according to your rules. Your compassion, LORD, is great; preserve my life according to your laws.
The enemies who chase me are numerous. Yet I do not turn aside from your rules. Many are my persecutors and my adversaries, but I do not swerve from your testimonies. Many are the foes who persecute me, but I have not turned from your statutes.
I take note of the treacherous and despise them, because they do not keep your instructions. I look at the faithless with disgust, because they do not keep your commands. I look on the faithless with loathing, for they do not obey your word.
See how I love your precepts! O LORD, revive me with your loyal love! Consider how I love your precepts! Give me life according to your steadfast love. See how I love your precepts; preserve my life, LORD, in accordance with your love.
Your instructions are totally reliable; all your just regulations endure. The sum of your word is truth, and every one of your righteous rules endures forever. All your words are true; all your righteous laws are eternal.
Rulers pursue me for no reason, yet I am more afraid of disobeying your instructions. Princes persecute me without cause, but my heart stands in awe of your words. Rulers persecute me without cause, but my heart trembles at your word.
I rejoice in your instructions, like one who finds much plunder. I rejoice at your word like one who finds great spoil. I rejoice in your promise like one who finds great spoil.
I hate and despise deceit; I love your law. I hate and abhor falsehood, but I love your law. I hate and detest falsehood but I love your law.
Seven times a day I praise you because of your just regulations. Seven times a day I praise you for your righteous rules. Seven times a day I praise you for your righteous laws.
Those who love your law are completely secure; nothing causes them to stumble. Great peace have those who love your law; nothing can make them stumble. Great peace have those who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble.
I hope for your deliverance, O LORD, and I obey your commands. I hope for your salvation, O LORD, and I do your commandments. I wait for your salvation, LORD, and I follow your commands.
I keep your rules; I love them greatly. My soul keeps your testimonies; I love them exceedingly. I obey your statutes, for I love them greatly.
I keep your precepts and rules, for you are aware of everything I do. I keep your precepts and testimonies, for all my ways are before you. I obey your precepts and your statutes, for all my ways are known to you.
Listen to my cry for help, O LORD! Give me insight by your word! Let my cry come before you, O LORD; give me understanding according to your word! May my cry come before you, LORD; give me understanding according to your word.
Listen to my appeal for mercy! Deliver me, as you promised. Let my plea come before you; deliver me according to your word. May my supplication come before you; deliver me according to your promise.
May praise flow freely from my lips, for you teach me your statutes. My lips will pour forth praise, for you teach me your statutes. May my lips overflow with praise, for you teach me your decrees.
May my tongue sing about your instructions, for all your commands are just. My tongue will sing of your word, for all your commandments are right. May my tongue sing of your word, for all your commands are righteous.
May your hand help me, for I choose to obey your precepts. Let your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts. May your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts.
I long for your deliverance, O LORD; I find delight in your law. I long for your salvation, O LORD, and your law is my delight. I long for your salvation, LORD, and your law gives me delight.
May I live and praise you! May your regulations help me! Let my soul live and praise you, and let your rules help me. Let me live that I may praise you, and may your laws sustain me.
I have wandered off like a lost sheep. Come looking for your servant, for I do not forget your commands. I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek your servant, for I do not forget your commandments. I have strayed like a lost sheep. Seek your servant, for I have not forgotten your commands.
