The Parable of the Talents

| 25So I was afraid and went out and hid your gold in the ground. See, here is what belongs to you.' | 25so I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground. | 27Well then, you should have put my money on deposit with the bankers, so that when I returned I would have received it back with interest. | 27Then you ought to have invested my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received what was my own with interest. | 27Then you ought to have put my money in the bank, and on my arrival I would have received my money back with interest. | 27Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury. | 27then you should have deposited my money with the bankers.
