Simon Peter, a servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who through the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ have received a faith as precious as ours: Simeon Peter, a servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who have obtained a faith of equal standing with ours by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ: Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: Simon Peter, a bond-servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who have received a faith of the same kind as ours, by the righteousness of our God and Savior, Jesus Christ: Simon Peter, a servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who through the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ have received a faith as precious as ours:
Grace and peace be multiplied to you through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. May grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.
His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through the knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: for His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.
Through these He has given us His precious and magnificent promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, now that you have escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire. Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. Through these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world on account of lust. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.
For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith virtue; and to virtue, knowledge; For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; Now for this very reason also, applying all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence, and in your moral excellence, knowledge, For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge;
and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; and in your knowledge, self-control, and in your self-control, perseverance, and in your perseverance, godliness, and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness;
and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love. And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. and in your godliness, brotherly kindness, and in your brotherly kindness, love. and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love.
For if you possess these qualities and continue to grow in them, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they do not make you useless nor unproductive in the true knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
But whoever lacks these traits is nearsighted to the point of blindness, having forgotten that he has been cleansed from his past sins. For whoever lacks these qualities is so nearsighted that he is blind, having forgotten that he was cleansed from his former sins. But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. For the one who lacks these qualities is blind or short-sighted, having forgotten his purification from his former sins. But whoever does not have them is nearsighted and blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their past sins.
Therefore, brothers, strive to make your calling and election sure. For if you practice these things you will never stumble, Therefore, brothers, be all the more diligent to confirm your calling and election, for if you practice these qualities you will never fall. Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: Therefore, brothers and sisters, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choice of you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble; Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things, you will never stumble,
and you will receive a lavish reception into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. For in this way there will be richly provided for you an entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. for in this way the entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be abundantly supplied to you. and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Therefore I will always remind you of these things, even though you know them and are established in the truth you now have. Therefore I intend always to remind you of these qualities, though you know them and are established in the truth that you have. Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth. Therefore, I will always be ready to remind you of these things, even though you already know them and have been established in the truth which is present with you. So I will always remind you of these things, even though you know them and are firmly established in the truth you now have.
I think it is right to refresh your memory as long as I live in the tent of my body, I think it right, as long as I am in this body, to stir you up by way of reminder, Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance; I consider it right, as long as I am in this earthly dwelling, to stir you up by way of reminder, I think it is right to refresh your memory as long as I live in the tent of this body,
because I know that this tent will soon be laid aside, as our Lord Jesus Christ has made clear to me. since I know that the putting off of my body will be soon, as our Lord Jesus Christ made clear to me. Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our Lord Jesus Christ hath shewed me. knowing that the laying aside of my earthly dwelling is imminent, as also our Lord Jesus Christ has made clear to me. because I know that I will soon put it aside, as our Lord Jesus Christ has made clear to me.
And I will make every effort to ensure that after my departure, you will be able to recall these things at all times. And I will make every effort so that after my departure you may be able at any time to recall these things. Moreover I will endeavour that ye may be able after my decease to have these things always in remembrance. And I will also be diligent that at any time after my departure you will be able to call these things to mind. And I will make every effort to see that after my departure you will always be able to remember these things.
For we did not follow cleverly devised fables when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of His majesty. For we did not follow cleverly devised myths when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty. For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. For we did not follow cleverly devised tales when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of His majesty. For we did not follow cleverly devised stories when we told you about the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ in power, but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty.
For He received honor and glory from God the Father when the voice came to Him from the Majestic Glory, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” For when he received honor and glory from God the Father, and the voice was borne to him by the Majestic Glory, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased,” For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. For when He received honor and glory from God the Father, such a declaration as this was made to Him by the Majestic Glory: “This is My beloved Son with whom I am well pleased”— He received honor and glory from God the Father when the voice came to him from the Majestic Glory, saying, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”
And we ourselves heard this voice from heaven when we were with Him on the holy mountain. we ourselves heard this very voice borne from heaven, for we were with him on the holy mountain. And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount. and we ourselves heard this declaration made from heaven when we were with Him on the holy mountain. We ourselves heard this voice that came from heaven when we were with him on the sacred mountain.
We also have the word of the prophets as confirmed beyond doubt. And you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. And we have the prophetic word more fully confirmed, to which you will do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts, We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: And so we have the prophetic word made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts. We also have the prophetic message as something completely reliable, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.
Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture comes from one’s own interpretation. knowing this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture comes from someone’s own interpretation. Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture becomes a matter of someone’s own interpretation, Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things.
For no such prophecy was ever brought forth by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God. For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
