I commend to you our sister Phoebe, who is a servant of the church which is at Cenchrea;1Συνίστημι δὲ ὑμῖν Φοίβην τὴν ἀδελφὴν ἡμῶν οὖσαν ‹καὶ› διάκονον τῆς ἐκκλησίας τῆς ἐν Κενχρεαῖς
that you receive her in the Lord in a manner worthy of the saints, and that you help her in whatever matter she may have need of you; for she herself has also been a helper of many, and of myself as well.2ἵνα αὐτὴν προσδέξησθε ἐν Κυρίῳ ἀξίως τῶν ἁγίων καὶ παραστῆτε αὐτῇ ἐν ἂν ὑμῶν χρῄζῃ πράγματι καὶ γὰρ αὐτὴ προστάτις πολλῶν ἐγενήθη καὶ ἐμοῦ αὐτοῦ
Greet Prisca and Aquila, my fellow workers in Christ Jesus,3Ἀσπάσασθε Πρίσκαν καὶ Ἀκύλαν τοὺς συνεργούς μου ἐν Χριστῷ Ἰησοῦ
who for my life risked their own necks, to whom not only do I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles;4οἵτινες ὑπὲρ τῆς ψυχῆς μου τὸν ἑαυτῶν τράχηλον ὑπέθηκαν οἷς οὐκ ἐγὼ μόνος εὐχαριστῶ ἀλλὰ καὶ πᾶσαι αἱ ἐκκλησίαι τῶν ἐθνῶν
also greet the church that is in their house. Greet Epaenetus, my beloved, who is the first convert to Christ from Asia.5καὶ τὴν κατ’ οἶκον αὐτῶν ἐκκλησίαν Ἀσπάσασθε Ἐπαίνετον τὸν ἀγαπητόν μου ὅς ἐστιν ἀπαρχὴ τῆς Ἀσίας εἰς Χριστόν
Greet Mary, who has worked hard for you.6Ἀσπάσασθε Μαριάν ἥτις πολλὰ ἐκοπίασεν εἰς ὑμᾶς
Greet Andronicus and Junias, my kinsmen and my fellow prisoners, who are outstanding among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me.7Ἀσπάσασθε Ἀνδρόνικον καὶ Ἰουνίαν τοὺς συγγενεῖς μου καὶ συναιχμαλώτους μου οἵτινές εἰσιν ἐπίσημοι ἐν τοῖς ἀποστόλοις οἳ καὶ πρὸ ἐμοῦ γέγοναν ἐν Χριστῷ
Greet Ampliatus, my beloved in the Lord.8Ἀσπάσασθε Ἀμπλιᾶτον τὸν ἀγαπητόν μου ἐν Κυρίῳ
Greet Urbanus, our fellow worker in Christ, and Stachys my beloved.9Ἀσπάσασθε Οὐρβανὸν τὸν συνεργὸν ἡμῶν ἐν Χριστῷ καὶ Στάχυν τὸν ἀγαπητόν μου
Greet Apelles, the approved in Christ. Greet those who are of the household of Aristobulus.10Ἀσπάσασθε Ἀπελλῆν τὸν δόκιμον ἐν Χριστῷ Ἀσπάσασθε τοὺς ἐκ τῶν Ἀριστοβούλου

Greet Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermes, Patrobas, Hermas and the brethren with them.14Ἀσπάσασθε Ἀσύνκριτον Φλέγοντα Ἑρμῆν Πατρόβαν Ἑρμᾶν καὶ τοὺς σὺν αὐτοῖς ἀδελφούς
Greet Philologus and Julia, Nereus and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saints who are with them.15Ἀσπάσασθε Φιλόλογον καὶ Ἰουλίαν Νηρέα καὶ τὴν ἀδελφὴν αὐτοῦ καὶ Ὀλυμπᾶν καὶ τοὺς σὺν αὐτοῖς πάντας ἁγίους
Greet one another with a holy kiss. All the churches of Christ greet you.16Ἀσπάσασθε ἀλλήλους ἐν φιλήματι ἁγίῳ Ἀσπάζονται ὑμᾶς αἱ ἐκκλησίαι πᾶσαι τοῦ Χριστοῦ
Now I urge you, brethren, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them.17Παρακαλῶ δὲ ὑμᾶς ἀδελφοί σκοπεῖν τοὺς τὰς διχοστασίας καὶ τὰ σκάνδαλα παρὰ τὴν διδαχὴν ἣν ὑμεῖς ἐμάθετε ποιοῦντας καὶ ἐκκλίνετε ἀπ’ αὐτῶν
For such men are slaves, not of our Lord Christ but of their own appetites; and by their smooth and flattering speech they deceive the hearts of the unsuspecting.18οἱ γὰρ τοιοῦτοι τῷ Κυρίῳ ἡμῶν Χριστῷ οὐ δουλεύουσιν ἀλλὰ τῇ ἑαυτῶν κοιλίᾳ καὶ διὰ τῆς χρηστολογίας καὶ εὐλογίας ἐξαπατῶσιν τὰς καρδίας τῶν ἀκάκων
For the report of your obedience has reached to all; therefore I am rejoicing over you, but I want you to be wise in what is good and innocent in what is evil.19 γὰρ ὑμῶν ὑπακοὴ εἰς πάντας ἀφίκετο ἐφ’ ὑμῖν οὖν χαίρω θέλω δὲ ὑμᾶς σοφοὺς (μὲν) εἶναι εἰς τὸ ἀγαθόν ἀκεραίους δὲ εἰς τὸ κακόν
The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.20 δὲ Θεὸς τῆς εἰρήνης συντρίψει τὸν Σατανᾶν ὑπὸ τοὺς πόδας ὑμῶν ἐν τάχει χάρις τοῦ Κυρίου ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦ ‹Χριστοῦ› μεθ’ ὑμῶν

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.24‹Ἡ χάρις τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ μετὰ πάντων ὑμῶν Ἀμήν›
Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery which has been kept secret for long ages past,25Τῷ δὲ δυναμένῳ ὑμᾶς στηρίξαι κατὰ τὸ εὐαγγέλιόν μου καὶ τὸ κήρυγμα Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ κατὰ ἀποκάλυψιν μυστηρίου χρόνοις αἰωνίοις σεσιγημένου
but now is manifested, and by the Scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the eternal God, has been made known to all the nations, leading to obedience of faith;26φανερωθέντος δὲ νῦν διά τε γραφῶν προφητικῶν κατ’ ἐπιταγὴν τοῦ αἰωνίου Θεοῦ εἰς ὑπακοὴν πίστεως εἰς πάντα τὰ ἔθνη γνωρισθέντος
to the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, be the glory forever. Amen.27μόνῳ σοφῷ Θεῷ διὰ Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ δόξα εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας 〈τῶν αἰώνων〉 ἀμήν
