1 Corinthians 1:9
God, who has called you into fellowship with His Son Jesus Christ our Lord, is faithful.
Know therefore that the LORD your God is God, the faithful God who keeps His covenant with loving devotion for a thousand generations of those who love Him and keep His commandments.
Your loving devotion, O LORD, reaches to the heavens, Your steadfastness to the clouds.
But I will not withdraw My loving devotion from him, nor ever betray My faithfulness.
Righteousness will be the belt around His hips, and faithfulness the sash around His waist.
O LORD, You are my God. I will exalt You; I will praise Your name. For You have worked wonders--plans formed long ago in perfect faithfulness.
Thus says the LORD, the Redeemer and Holy One of Israel, to him who was despised and abhorred by the nation, to the servant of rulers: "Kings will see you and rise, and princes will bow down, because of the LORD, who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you."
They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness!
And I will betroth you in faithfulness, and you will know the LORD."
1 Thessalonians 5:24
The One who calls you is faithful, and He will do it.

I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one can snatch them out of My hand. . . .
And we know that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose. . . .
2 Corinthians 1:10
He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and He will deliver us. In Him we have placed our hope that He will yet again deliver us,

Genesis 19:20, 21

The rest were to follow on planks and various parts of the ship. In this way everyone was brought safely to land.
See how blessed we consider those who have persevered. You have heard of Job's perseverance and have seen the outcome from the Lord. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.
