Psalm 92:13, 14
Planted in the house of the LORD, they will flourish in the courts of our God. . . .
But those who turn aside to crooked ways, the LORD will banish with the evildoers. Peace be upon Israel.
When a righteous man turns from his righteousness and practices iniquity, he will die for this. He will die because of the iniquity he has committed.
Hosea 6:3, 4
So let us know--let us press on to know the LORD. As surely as the sun rises, He will appear; He will come to us like the rain, like the spring showers that water the earth. . . .
and those who turn back from following the LORD and neither seek the LORD nor inquire of Him."
But the one who perseveres to the end will be saved.
The seeds on rocky ground are those who hear the word and receive it with joy, but they have no root. They believe for a season, but in the time of testing, they fall away. . . .
But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith will not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers."
As Jesus spoke these things, many believed in Him. . . .
John 15:9, 10
As the Father has loved Me, so have I loved you. Remain in My love. . . .
When he arrived and saw the grace of God, he rejoiced and encouraged them all to abide in the Lord with all their hearts.
strengthening the souls of the disciples and encouraging them to continue in the faith. "We must endure many hardships to enter the kingdom of God, " they said.
To those who by perseverance in doing good seek glory, honor, and immortality, He will give eternal life.
I fear for you, that my efforts for you may have been in vain.
You were running so well. Who has obstructed you from obeying the truth?
Let us not grow weary in well-doing, for in due time we will reap a harvest, if we do not give up.
1 Thessalonians 3:5
For this reason, when I could bear it no longer, I sent to find out about your faith, for fear that the tempter had somehow tempted you and caused our labor to be in vain.
Hebrews 3:6, 14
But Christ is faithful as the Son over God's house. And we are His house, if we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope of which we boast. . . .

rooted and built up in Him, established in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.
Matthew 7:24, 25
Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. . . .
He is like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid his foundation on the rock. When the flood came, the torrent crashed against that house but could not shake it, because it was well built.
In Him the whole building is fitted together and grows into a holy temple in the Lord.
so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and grounded in love,
From Him the whole body is fitted and held together by every supporting ligament. And as each individual part does its work, the body grows and builds itself up in love.
If anyone does not remain in Me, he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers. Such branches are gathered up, thrown into the fire, and burned.
But I consider my life of no value to myself, if only I may finish my course and complete the ministry I have received from the Lord Jesus--the ministry of testifying to the good news of God's grace.
1 Corinthians 15:58
Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast and immovable. Always excel in the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
1 Thessalonians 3:3
so that none of you would be shaken by these trials. For you know that we are destined for this.
springing from the hope that is stored up for you in heaven and that you already heard about in the word of truth, the gospel
And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us.
But by faith we eagerly await through the Spirit the hope of righteousness.
I ask that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you may know the hope of His calling, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints,
1 Thessalonians 5:8
But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and the helmet of our hope of salvation.
2 Thessalonians 2:16

We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and steadfast. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain,

1 John 3:1-3

that has come to you. All over the world this gospel is bearing fruit and growing, just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and truly understood the grace of God.

But I ask, did they not hear? Indeed they did: "Their voice has gone out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world."
This very day I will begin to put the dread and fear of you upon all the nations under heaven. They will hear the reports of you and tremble in anguish because of you."
When you look to the heavens and see the sun and moon and stars--all the host of heaven--do not be enticed to bow down and worship what the LORD your God has apportioned to all the nations under heaven.
You will pursue them in anger and exterminate them from under the heavens of the LORD.
Now there were dwelling in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven.
Salvation exists in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."
I became its servant by the commission God gave me to fully proclaim to you the word of God,
