Psalm 24:3, 7-10
Who may ascend the hill of the LORD? Who may stand in His holy place? . . .
God has ascended amid shouts of joy, the LORD with the sound of trumpets.
The LORD said to my Lord: "Sit at My right hand until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet."
After Jesus had risen, early on the first day of the week, He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom He had driven out seven demons.
While He was blessing them, He left them and was carried up into heaven.
Acts 1:2, 9
until the day He was taken up to heaven, after giving instructions through the Holy Spirit to the apostles He had chosen. . . .
This is why it says: "When He ascended on high, He led captives away, and gave gifts to men." . . .
Therefore, since we have such a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to what we profess.
where Jesus our forerunner has entered on our behalf. He has become a high priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.
The point of what we are saying is this: We do have such a high priest, who sat down at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven,
1 Peter 3:22
who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, with angels, authorities, and powers subject to Him.
Awake, awake, O Deborah! Awake, awake, sing a song! Arise, O Barak, and take hold of your captives, O son of Abinoam!'
And behold, I am sending the promise of My Father upon you. But remain in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high."
John 14:16, 17
And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate to be with you forever-- . . .
John 16:7, 13-15
But I tell you the truth, it is for your benefit that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you. . . .
And when they were gathered together, He commanded them: "Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift the Father promised, which you have heard Me discuss.

The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of His nature, upholding all things by His powerful word. After He had provided purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.
Proverbs 1:22, 23
"How long, O simple ones, will you love simplicity? How long will scoffers delight in their scorn and fools hate knowledge? . . .
Let the wicked man forsake his own way and the unrighteous man his own thoughts; let him return to the LORD, that He may have compassion, and to our God, for He will freely pardon.
But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.' For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners."
and in His name repentance and forgiveness of sins will be proclaimed to all nations, beginning in Jerusalem.
Acts 2:23, 36, 38-41
He was handed over by God's set plan and foreknowledge, and you, by the hands of the lawless, put Him to death by nailing Him to the cross. . . .
So Ananias went to the house, and when he arrived, he placed his hands on Saul. "Brother Saul, " he said, "the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you were coming here, has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit."

2 Corinthians 6:16
What agreement can exist between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: "I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be My people."
This is the mystery of the seven stars you saw in My right hand and of the seven golden lampstands: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches.
To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: These are the words of Him who holds the seven stars in His right hand and walks among the seven golden lampstands.
And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying: "Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man, and He will live with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their God.
