John 4:17, 18
"I have no husband, " the woman replied. Jesus said to her, "You are correct to say that you have no husband. . . .
You believe that God is one. Good for you! Even the demons believe that--and shudder.
What if some did not have faith? Will their lack of faith nullify God's faithfulness?
Acts 13:46, 47
Then Paul and Barnabas answered them boldly: "It was necessary to speak the word of God to you first. But since you reject it and do not consider yourselves worthy of eternal life, we now turn to the Gentiles. . . .

Has not My hand made all these things? And so they came into being, declares the LORD. This is the one I will esteem: he who is humble and contrite in spirit, who trembles at My word.
1 Corinthians 10:12
So the one who thinks he is standing firm should be careful not to fall.
Therefore, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence, but now even more in my absence, continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling.
Therefore, while the promise of entering His rest still stands, let us be careful that none of you be deemed to have fallen short of it.
1 Peter 1:17
Since you call on a Father who judges each one's work impartially, live your lives in reverent fear during your temporary stay on earth.
