Uncleanness in the Camp
11But it shall be, when evening comes on, he shall wash himself with water: and when the sun is down, he shall come into the camp again. 12You shall have a place also without the camp, where you shall go forth abroad: 13And you shall have a paddle on your weapon; and it shall be, when you will ease yourself abroad, you shall dig therewith, and shall turn back and cover that which comes from you:

Deuteronomy 23:11 But as evening approaches he is to wash himself, and at sunset he may return to the camp.
Deuteronomy 23:13 As part of your equipment have something to dig with, and when you relieve yourself, dig a hole and cover up your excrement.
