<V 105:2>Who will declare the powers of the Lord? Who make a hearing for all his praises? Who can utter the mighty deeds of the LORD, or declare all his praise? Who can proclaim the mighty acts of the LORD or fully declare his praise?
<V 105:3>Blessed are those who keep judgment and who do justice at all times. Blessed are they who observe justice, who do righteousness at all times! Blessed are those who act justly, who always do what is right.
<V 105:4>Remember us, O Lord, with good will for your people. Visit us with your salvation, Remember me, O LORD, when you show favor to your people; help me when you save them, Remember me, LORD, when you show favor to your people, come to my aid when you save them,
<V 105:5>so that we may see the goodness of your elect, so that we may rejoice in the joy of your nation, so that you may be praised along with your inheritance. that I may look upon the prosperity of your chosen ones, that I may rejoice in the gladness of your nation, that I may glory with your inheritance. that I may enjoy the prosperity of your chosen ones, that I may share in the joy of your nation and join your inheritance in giving praise.

<V 105:7>Our fathers did not understand your miracles in Egypt. They did not remember the multitude of your mercies. And they provoked you, while going up to the sea, even the Red Sea. Our fathers, when they were in Egypt, did not consider your wondrous works; they did not remember the abundance of your steadfast love, but rebelled by the sea, at the Red Sea. When our ancestors were in Egypt, they gave no thought to your miracles; they did not remember your many kindnesses, and they rebelled by the sea, the Red Sea.
<V 105:8>And he saved them for the sake of his name, so that he might make known his power. Yet he saved them for his name’s sake, that he might make known his mighty power. Yet he saved them for his name’s sake, to make his mighty power known.
<V 105:9>And he rebuked the Red Sea, and it dried up. And he led them into the abyss, as if into a desert. He rebuked the Red Sea, and it became dry, and he led them through the deep as through a desert. He rebuked the Red Sea, and it dried up; he led them through the depths as through a desert.
<V 105:10>And he saved them from the hand of those who hated them. And he redeemed them from the hand of the enemy. So he saved them from the hand of the foe and redeemed them from the power of the enemy. He saved them from the hand of the foe; from the hand of the enemy he redeemed them.
<V 105:11>And the water covered those who troubled them. Not one of them remained. And the waters covered their adversaries; not one of them was left. The waters covered their adversaries; not one of them survived.

<V 105:13>As soon as they had finished, they forgot his works, and they would not endure his counsel. But they soon forgot his works; they did not wait for his counsel. But they soon forgot what he had done and did not wait for his plan to unfold.
<V 105:14>And they coveted their desire in the desert, and they tempted God in a waterless place. But they had a wanton craving in the wilderness, and put God to the test in the desert; In the desert they gave in to their craving; in the wilderness they put God to the test.
<V 105:15>And he granted to them their request, and he sent abundance into their souls. he gave them what they asked, but sent a wasting disease among them. So he gave them what they asked for, but sent a wasting disease among them.

<V 105:19>And they fashioned a calf at Horeb, and they adored a graven image. They made a calf in Horeb and worshiped a metal image. At Horeb they made a calf and worshiped an idol cast from metal.
<V 105:20>And they exchanged their glory for the likeness of a calf that eats hay. They exchanged the glory of God for the image of an ox that eats grass. They exchanged their glorious God for an image of a bull, which eats grass.
<V 105:21>They forgot God, who saved them, who did great things in Egypt: They forgot God, their Savior, who had done great things in Egypt, They forgot the God who saved them, who had done great things in Egypt,

<V 105:23>And he said that he would destroy them, yet Moses, his elect, stood firm before him in the breach, in order to avert his wrath, lest he destroy them. Therefore he said he would destroy them— had not Moses, his chosen one, stood in the breach before him, to turn away his wrath from destroying them. So he said he would destroy them— had not Moses, his chosen one, stood in the breach before him to keep his wrath from destroying them.
<V 105:24>And they held the desirable land to be nothing. They did not trust in his word. Then they despised the pleasant land, having no faith in his promise. Then they despised the pleasant land; they did not believe his promise.
<V 105:25>And they murmured in their tabernacles. They did not heed the voice of the Lord. They murmured in their tents, and did not obey the voice of the LORD. They grumbled in their tents and did not obey the LORD.
<V 105:26>And he lifted up his hand over them, in order to prostrate them in the desert, Therefore he raised his hand and swore to them that he would make them fall in the wilderness, So he swore to them with uplifted hand that he would make them fall in the wilderness,

<V 105:36>and they served their graven images, and it became a scandal to them. They served their idols, which became a snare to them. They worshiped their idols, which became a snare to them.
<V 105:37>And they sacrificed their sons and their daughters to demons. They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to the demons; They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to false gods.
<V 105:38>And they shed innocent blood: the blood of their sons and of their daughters, which they sacrificed to the graven images of Canaan. Save us, LORD our God, and gather us from the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise.
