The Guilt Offering

(Leviticus 5:14-19; Leviticus 6:1-7)

NIVESVNASBKJVHCSB
1"'These are the regulations for the guilt offering, which is most holy:1“This is the law of the guilt offering. It is most holy.1'Now this is the law of the guilt offering; it is most holy.1Likewise this is the law of the trespass offering: it is most holy.1Now this is the law of the restitution offering; it is especially holy.
2The guilt offering is to be slaughtered in the place where the burnt offering is slaughtered, and its blood is to be splashed against the sides of the altar.2In the place where they kill the burnt offering they shall kill the guilt offering, and its blood shall be thrown against the sides of the altar.2'In the place where they slay the burnt offering they are to slay the guilt offering, and he shall sprinkle its blood around on the altar.2In the place where they kill the burnt offering shall they kill the trespass offering: and the blood thereof shall he sprinkle round about upon the altar.2The restitution offering must be slaughtered at the place where the burnt offering is slaughtered, and the priest is to sprinkle its blood on all sides of the altar.
3All its fat shall be offered: the fat tail and the fat that covers the internal organs,3And all its fat shall be offered, the fat tail, the fat that covers the entrails,3'Then he shall offer from it all its fat: the fat tail and the fat that covers the entrails,3And he shall offer of it all the fat thereof; the rump, and the fat that covereth the inwards,3The offerer must present all the fat from it: the fat tail, the fat surrounding the entrails,
4both kidneys with the fat on them near the loins, and the long lobe of the liver, which is to be removed with the kidneys.4the two kidneys with the fat that is on them at the loins, and the long lobe of the liver that he shall remove with the kidneys.4and the two kidneys with the fat that is on them, which is on the loins, and the lobe on the liver he shall remove with the kidneys.4And the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the flanks, and the caul that is above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away:4and the two kidneys with the fat on them at the loins; he will also remove the fatty lobe of the liver with the kidneys.
NIVESVNASBKJVHCSB
5The priest shall burn them on the altar as a food offering presented to the LORD. It is a guilt offering.5The priest shall burn them on the altar as a food offering to the LORD; it is a guilt offering.5'The priest shall offer them up in smoke on the altar as an offering by fire to the LORD; it is a guilt offering.5And the priest shall burn them upon the altar for an offering made by fire unto the LORD: it is a trespass offering.5The priest will burn them on the altar as a fire offering to the LORD; it is a restitution offering.
6Any male in a priest's family may eat it, but it must be eaten in the sanctuary area; it is most holy.6Every male among the priests may eat of it. It shall be eaten in a holy place. It is most holy.6'Every male among the priests may eat of it. It shall be eaten in a holy place; it is most holy.6Every male among the priests shall eat thereof: it shall be eaten in the holy place: it is most holy.6Any male among the priests may eat it. It is to be eaten in a holy place; it is especially holy."
7"'The same law applies to both the sin offering and the guilt offering: They belong to the priest who makes atonement with them.7The guilt offering is just like the sin offering; there is one law for them. The priest who makes atonement with it shall have it.7'The guilt offering is like the sin offering, there is one law for them; the priest who makes atonement with it shall have it.7As the sin offering is, so is the trespass offering: there is one law for them: the priest that maketh atonement therewith shall have it.7The restitution offering is like the sin offering; the law is the same for both. It belongs to the priest who makes atonement with it.
8The priest who offers a burnt offering for anyone may keep its hide for himself.8And the priest who offers any man’s burnt offering shall have for himself the skin of the burnt offering that he has offered.8'Also the priest who presents any man's burnt offering, that priest shall have for himself the skin of the burnt offering which he has presented.8And the priest that offereth any man's burnt offering, even the priest shall have to himself the skin of the burnt offering which he hath offered.8As for the priest who presents someone's burnt offering, the hide of the burnt offering he has presented belongs to him; it is the priest's.
9Every grain offering baked in an oven or cooked in a pan or on a griddle belongs to the priest who offers it,9And every grain offering baked in the oven and all that is prepared on a pan or a griddle shall belong to the priest who offers it.9'Likewise, every grain offering that is baked in the oven and everything prepared in a pan or on a griddle shall belong to the priest who presents it.9And all the meat offering that is baken in the oven, and all that is dressed in the fryingpan, and in the pan, shall be the priest's that offereth it.9Any grain offering that is baked in an oven or prepared in a pan or on a griddle belongs to the priest who presents it; it is his.
10and every grain offering, whether mixed with olive oil or dry, belongs equally to all the sons of Aaron.10And every grain offering, mixed with oil or dry, shall be shared equally among all the sons of Aaron.10'Every grain offering, mixed with oil or dry, shall belong to all the sons of Aaron, to all alike.10And every meat offering, mingled with oil, and dry, shall all the sons of Aaron have, one as much as another.10But any grain offering, whether dry or mixed with oil, belongs equally to all of Aaron's sons."

The Peace Offering

(Leviticus 3:1-17)

NIVESVNASBKJVHCSB
11"'These are the regulations for the fellowship offering anyone may present to the LORD:11“And this is the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings that one may offer to the LORD.11'Now this is the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings which shall be presented to the LORD.11And this is the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which he shall offer unto the LORD.11Now this is the law of the fellowship sacrifice that someone may present to the LORD:
12"'If they offer it as an expression of thankfulness, then along with this thank offering they are to offer thick loaves made without yeast and with olive oil mixed in, thin loaves made without yeast and brushed with oil, and thick loaves of the finest flour well-kneaded and with oil mixed in.12If he offers it for a thanksgiving, then he shall offer with the thanksgiving sacrifice unleavened loaves mixed with oil, unleavened wafers smeared with oil, and loaves of fine flour well mixed with oil.12If he offers it by way of thanksgiving, then along with the sacrifice of thanksgiving he shall offer unleavened cakes mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers spread with oil, and cakes of well stirred fine flour mixed with oil.12If he offer it for a thanksgiving, then he shall offer with the sacrifice of thanksgiving unleavened cakes mingled with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and cakes mingled with oil, of fine flour, fried.12If he presents it for thanksgiving, in addition to the thanksgiving sacrifice, he is to present unleavened cakes mixed with olive oil, unleavened wafers coated with oil, and well-kneaded cakes of fine flour mixed with oil.
13Along with their fellowship offering of thanksgiving they are to present an offering with thick loaves of bread made with yeast.13With the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving he shall bring his offering with loaves of leavened bread.13'With the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving, he shall present his offering with cakes of leavened bread.13Besides the cakes, he shall offer for his offering leavened bread with the sacrifice of thanksgiving of his peace offerings.13He is to present as his offering cakes of leavened bread with his thanksgiving sacrifice of fellowship.
14They are to bring one of each kind as an offering, a contribution to the LORD; it belongs to the priest who splashes the blood of the fellowship offering against the altar.14And from it he shall offer one loaf from each offering, as a gift to the LORD. It shall belong to the priest who throws the blood of the peace offerings.14'Of this he shall present one of every offering as a contribution to the LORD; it shall belong to the priest who sprinkles the blood of the peace offerings.14And of it he shall offer one out of the whole oblation for an heave offering unto the LORD, and it shall be the priest's that sprinkleth the blood of the peace offerings.14From the cakes he must present one portion of each offering as a contribution to the LORD. It will belong to the priest who sprinkles the blood of the fellowship offering; it is his.
NIVESVNASBKJVHCSB
15The meat of their fellowship offering of thanksgiving must be eaten on the day it is offered; they must leave none of it till morning.15And the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving shall be eaten on the day of his offering. He shall not leave any of it until the morning.15Now as for the flesh of the sacrifice of his thanksgiving peace offerings, it shall be eaten on the day of his offering; he shall not leave any of it over until morning.15And the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving shall be eaten the same day that it is offered; he shall not leave any of it until the morning.15The meat of his thanksgiving sacrifice of fellowship must be eaten on the day he offers it; he may not leave any of it until morning."
16"'If, however, their offering is the result of a vow or is a freewill offering, the sacrifice shall be eaten on the day they offer it, but anything left over may be eaten on the next day.16But if the sacrifice of his offering is a vow offering or a freewill offering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offers his sacrifice, and on the next day what remains of it shall be eaten.16'But if the sacrifice of his offering is a votive or a freewill offering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offers his sacrifice, and on the next day what is left of it may be eaten;16But if the sacrifice of his offering be a vow, or a voluntary offering, it shall be eaten the same day that he offereth his sacrifice: and on the morrow also the remainder of it shall be eaten:16If the sacrifice he offers is a vow or a freewill offering, it is to be eaten on the day he presents his sacrifice, and what is left over may be eaten on the next day.
17Any meat of the sacrifice left over till the third day must be burned up.17But what remains of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burned up with fire.17but what is left over from the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burned with fire.17But the remainder of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burnt with fire.17But what remains of the sacrificial meat by the third day must be burned up.
18If any meat of the fellowship offering is eaten on the third day, the one who offered it will not be accepted. It will not be reckoned to their credit, for it has become impure; the person who eats any of it will be held responsible.18If any of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offering is eaten on the third day, he who offers it shall not be accepted, neither shall it be credited to him. It is tainted, and he who eats of it shall bear his iniquity.18So if any of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings should ever be eaten on the third day, he who offers it will not be accepted, and it will not be reckoned to his benefit. It shall be an offensive thing, and the person who eats of it will bear his own iniquity.18And if any of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings be eaten at all on the third day, it shall not be accepted, neither shall it be imputed unto him that offereth it: it shall be an abomination, and the soul that eateth of it shall bear his iniquity.18If any of the meat of his fellowship sacrifice is eaten on the third day, it will not be accepted. It will not be credited to the one who presents it; it is repulsive. The person who eats any of it will be responsible for his sin."
19"'Meat that touches anything ceremonially unclean must not be eaten; it must be burned up. As for other meat, anyone ceremonially clean may eat it.19“Flesh that touches any unclean thing shall not be eaten. It shall be burned up with fire. All who are clean may eat flesh,19Also the flesh that touches anything unclean shall not be eaten; it shall be burned with fire. As for other flesh, anyone who is clean may eat such flesh.19And the flesh that toucheth any unclean thing shall not be eaten; it shall be burnt with fire: and as for the flesh, all that be clean shall eat thereof.19Meat that touches anything unclean must not be eaten; it is to be burned up. Everyone who is clean may eat any other meat.
NIVESVNASBKJVHCSB
20But if anyone who is unclean eats any meat of the fellowship offering belonging to the LORD, they must be cut off from their people.20but the person who eats of the flesh of the sacrifice of the LORD’s peace offerings while an uncleanness is on him, that person shall be cut off from his people.20'But the person who eats the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings which belong to the LORD, in his uncleanness, that person shall be cut off from his people.20But the soul that eateth of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, that pertain unto the LORD, having his uncleanness upon him, even that soul shall be cut off from his people.20But the one who eats meat from the LORD's fellowship sacrifice while he is unclean, that person must be cut off from his people.
21Anyone who touches something unclean--whether human uncleanness or an unclean animal or any unclean creature that moves along the ground --and then eats any of the meat of the fellowship offering belonging to the LORD must be cut off from their people.'"21And if anyone touches an unclean thing, whether human uncleanness or an unclean beast or any unclean detestable creature, and then eats some flesh from the sacrifice of the LORD’s peace offerings, that person shall be cut off from his people.”21'When anyone touches anything unclean, whether human uncleanness, or an unclean animal, or any unclean detestable thing, and eats of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings which belong to the LORD, that person shall be cut off from his people.'"21Moreover the soul that shall touch any unclean thing, as the uncleanness of man, or any unclean beast, or any abominable unclean thing, and eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which pertain unto the LORD, even that soul shall be cut off from his people.21If someone touches anything unclean, whether human uncleanness, an unclean animal, or any unclean, detestable creature, and eats meat from the LORD's fellowship sacrifice, that person must be cut off from his people."

29"Say to the Israelites: 'Anyone who brings a fellowship offering to the LORD is to bring part of it as their sacrifice to the LORD.29“Speak to the people of Israel, saying, Whoever offers the sacrifice of his peace offerings to the LORD shall bring his offering to the LORD from the sacrifice of his peace offerings.29"Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, 'He who offers the sacrifice of his peace offerings to the LORD shall bring his offering to the LORD from the sacrifice of his peace offerings.29Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, He that offereth the sacrifice of his peace offerings unto the LORD shall bring his oblation unto the LORD of the sacrifice of his peace offerings.29Tell the Israelites: The one who presents a fellowship sacrifice to the LORD must bring an offering to the LORD from his sacrifice.
