For I, the LORD, love justice; I hate robbery and iniquity; in My faithfulness I will give them their recompense and make an everlasting covenant with them.

Place no trust in extortion, or false hope in stolen goods. If your riches increase, do not set your heart upon them.
He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant:
But the LORD of Hosts will be exalted by His justice, and the holy God will show Himself holy in righteousness.
I will make justice the measuring line and righteousness the level." Hail will sweep away your refuge of lies, and water will flood your hiding place.
Therefore the LORD longs to be gracious to you; therefore He rises to show you compassion, for the LORD is a just God. Blessed are all who wait for Him.

This is what the LORD says: "Maintain justice and do what is right, for My salvation is coming soon, and My righteousness will be revealed.
"For just as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, will endure before Me," declares the LORD, "so your descendants and your name will endure.
But let him who boasts boast in this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the LORD, who exercises loving devotion, justice and righteousness on the earth--for I delight in these things," declares the LORD.
I will make an everlasting covenant with them: I will never turn away from doing good to them, and I will put My fear in their hearts so that they will never turn away from Me.
You also say: 'Look, what a nuisance!' And you turn up your nose at it," says the LORD of Hosts. "You bring as an offering animals that are stolen, lame, or sick! Should I accept this from your hands?" asks the LORD.
