I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers. I will put My words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him.

The woman said, "I know that Messiah" (called Christ) "is coming. When He comes, He will explain everything to us."
So Jesus said, "When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing on My own, but speak exactly what the Father has taught Me.
There is a judge for the one who rejects Me and does not receive My words: The word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day.
I have not spoken on My own, but the Father who sent Me has commanded Me what to say and how to say it.
And I know that His command leads to eternal life. So I speak exactly what the Father has told Me to say."
For I have given them the words You gave Me, and they have received them. They knew with certainty that I came from You, and they believed that You sent Me.
For Moses said, 'The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your brothers. You must listen to Him in everything He tells you.
This is the same Moses who told the Israelites, 'God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your own brothers.'
Now Moses was faithful as a servant in all God's house, testifying to what would be spoken later.
Now go! I will help you as you speak, and I will teach you what to say."
You are to speak to him and put the words in his mouth. I will help both of you to speak, and I will teach you what to do.
Then the LORD put a message in Balaam's mouth, saying, "Return to Balak and give him this message."
Since that time, no prophet has arisen in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face
Pay attention to Me, My people, and listen to Me, My nation; for a law will go out from Me, and My justice will become a light to the nations; I will bring it about quickly.
I have put My words in your mouth, and covered you in the shadow of My hand, to establish the heavens, to found the earth, and to say to Zion, "You are My people."
Then the LORD reached out His hand, touched my mouth, and said to me: "Behold, I have put My words into your mouth.
I raised up prophets from your sons and Nazirites from your young men. Is this not true, O children of Israel?" declares the LORD.
