Isaiah 23:17
Good News Translation
When the seventy years are over, the LORD will let Tyre go back to her old trade, and she will hire herself out to all the kingdoms of the world.

New Revised Standard Version
At the end of seventy years, the LORD will visit Tyre, and she will return to her trade, and will prostitute herself with all the kingdoms of the world on the face of the earth.

At the end of those 70 years, the LORD will let Tyre get back into business. The city will be like a woman who sells her body to everyone of every nation on earth,
