"The LORD says, 'When Babylonia's seventy years are over, I will show my concern for you and keep my promise to bring you back home.

Contemporary English Version
After Babylonia has been the strongest nation for 70 years, I will be kind and bring you back to Jerusalem, just as I have promised.
