3 and you make an offering by fire to the LORD from the herd or from the flock (whether a burnt offering or a sacrifice for discharging a vow or as a freewill offering or in your solemn feasts) to create a pleasing aroma to the LORD, and you offer to the LORD from the herd or from the flock a food offering or a burnt offering or a sacrifice, to fulfill a vow or as a freewill offering or at your appointed feasts, to make a pleasing aroma to the LORD, and you present to the LORD food offerings from the herd or the flock, as an aroma pleasing to the LORD—whether burnt offerings or sacrifices, for special vows or freewill offerings or festival offerings—
4 then the one who presents his offering to the LORD must bring a grain offering of one-tenth of an ephah of finely ground flour mixed with one fourth of a hin of olive oil. then he who brings his offering shall offer to the LORD a grain offering of a tenth of an ephah of fine flour, mixed with a quarter of a hin of oil; then the person who brings an offering shall present to the LORD a grain offering of a tenth of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with a quarter of a hin of olive oil.
5 You must also prepare one-fourth of a hin of wine for a drink offering with the burnt offering or the sacrifice for each lamb. and you shall offer with the burnt offering, or for the sacrifice, a quarter of a hin of wine for the drink offering for each lamb. With each lamb for the burnt offering or the sacrifice, prepare a quarter of a hin of wine as a drink offering.
6 Or for a ram, you must prepare as a grain offering two-tenths of an ephah of finely ground flour mixed with one-third of a hin of olive oil, Or for a ram, you shall offer for a grain offering two tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a third of a hin of oil. “’With a ram prepare a grain offering of two-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with a third of a hin of olive oil,
7 and for a drink offering you must offer one-third of a hin of wine as a pleasing aroma to the LORD. And for the drink offering you shall offer a third of a hin of wine, a pleasing aroma to the LORD. and a third of a hin of wine as a drink offering. Offer it as an aroma pleasing to the LORD.
8 And when you prepare a young bull as a burnt offering or a sacrifice for discharging a vow or as a peace offering to the LORD, And when you offer a bull as a burnt offering or sacrifice, to fulfill a vow or for peace offerings to the LORD, “’When you prepare a young bull as a burnt offering or sacrifice, for a special vow or a fellowship offering to the LORD,
9 then a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah of finely ground flour mixed with half a hin of olive oil must be presented with the young bull, then one shall offer with the bull a grain offering of three tenths of an ephah of fine flour, mixed with half a hin of oil. bring with the bull a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with half a hin of olive oil,
10 and you must present as the drink offering half a hin of wine with the fire offering as a pleasing aroma to the LORD. And you shall offer for the drink offering half a hin of wine, as a food offering, a pleasing aroma to the LORD. and also bring half a hin of wine as a drink offering. This will be a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the LORD.
11 This is what is to be done for each ox, or each ram, or each of the male lambs or the goats. “Thus it shall be done for each bull or ram, or for each lamb or young goat. Each bull or ram, each lamb or young goat, is to be prepared in this manner.
12 You must do so for each one according to the number that you prepare. As many as you offer, so shall you do with each one, as many as there are. Do this for each one, for as many as you prepare.
13 |'Every native-born person must do these things in this way to present an offering made by fire as a pleasing aroma to the LORD. Every native Israelite shall do these things in this way, in offering a food offering, with a pleasing aroma to the LORD. “’Everyone who is native-born must do these things in this way when they present a food offering as an aroma pleasing to the LORD.
14 If a resident foreigner is living with you--or whoever is among you in future generations--and prepares an offering made by fire as a pleasing aroma to the LORD, he must do it the same way you are to do it. And if a stranger is sojourning with you, or anyone is living permanently among you, and he wishes to offer a food offering, with a pleasing aroma to the LORD, he shall do as you do. For the generations to come, whenever a foreigner or anyone else living among you presents a food offering as an aroma pleasing to the LORD, they must do exactly as you do.
15 One statute must apply to you who belong to the congregation and to the resident foreigner who is living among you, as a permanent statute for your future generations. You and the resident foreigner will be alike before the LORD. For the assembly, there shall be one statute for you and for the stranger who sojourns with you, a statute forever throughout your generations. You and the sojourner shall be alike before the LORD. The community is to have the same rules for you and for the foreigner residing among you; this is a lasting ordinance for the generations to come. You and the foreigner shall be the same before the LORD:
16 One law and one custom must apply to you and to the resident foreigner who lives alongside you.'| One law and one rule shall be for you and for the stranger who sojourns with you.” The same laws and regulations will apply both to you and to the foreigner residing among you.’”
17 The LORD spoke to Moses: The LORD spoke to Moses, saying, The LORD said to Moses,
18 |Speak to the Israelites and tell them, 'When you enter the land to which I am bringing you “Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, When you come into the land to which I bring you “Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘When you enter the land to which I am taking you
19 and you eat some of the food of the land, you must offer up a raised offering to the LORD. and when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall present a contribution to the LORD. and you eat the food of the land, present a portion as an offering to the LORD.
20 You must offer up a cake of the first of your finely ground flour as a raised offering; as you offer the raised offering of the threshing floor, so you must offer it up. Of the first of your dough you shall present a loaf as a contribution; like a contribution from the threshing floor, so shall you present it. Present a loaf from the first of your ground meal and present it as an offering from the threshing floor.
21 You must give to the LORD some of the first of your finely ground flour as a raised offering in your future generations. Some of the first of your dough you shall give to the LORD as a contribution throughout your generations. Throughout the generations to come you are to give this offering to the LORD from the first of your ground meal.
22 |'If you sin unintentionally and do not observe all these commandments that the LORD has spoken to Moses-- “But if you sin unintentionally, and do not observe all these commandments that the LORD has spoken to Moses, “’Now if you as a community unintentionally fail to keep any of these commands the LORD gave Moses—
23 all that the LORD has commanded you by the authority of Moses, from the day that the LORD commanded Moses and continuing through your future generations-- all that the LORD has commanded you by Moses, from the day that the LORD gave commandment, and onward throughout your generations, any of the LORD’s commands to you through him, from the day the LORD gave them and continuing through the generations to come—
24 then if anything is done unintentionally without the knowledge of the community, the whole community must prepare one young bull for a burnt offering--for a pleasing aroma to the LORD--along with its grain offering and its customary drink offering, and one male goat for a purification offering. then if it was done unintentionally without the knowledge of the congregation, all the congregation shall offer one bull from the herd for a burnt offering, a pleasing aroma to the LORD, with its grain offering and its drink offering, according to the rule, and one male goat for a sin offering. and if this is done unintentionally without the community being aware of it, then the whole community is to offer a young bull for a burnt offering as an aroma pleasing to the LORD, along with its prescribed grain offering and drink offering, and a male goat for a sin offering.
25 And the priest is to make atonement for the whole community of the Israelites, and they will be forgiven, because it was unintentional and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire to the LORD, and their purification offering before the LORD, for their unintentional offense. And the priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the people of Israel, and they shall be forgiven, because it was a mistake, and they have brought their offering, a food offering to the LORD, and their sin offering before the LORD for their mistake. The priest is to make atonement for the whole Israelite community, and they will be forgiven, for it was not intentional and they have presented to the LORD for their wrong a food offering and a sin offering.
26 And the whole community of the Israelites and the resident foreigner who lives among them will be forgiven, since all the people were involved in the unintentional offense. And all the congregation of the people of Israel shall be forgiven, and the stranger who sojourns among them, because the whole population was involved in the mistake. The whole Israelite community and the foreigners residing among them will be forgiven, because all the people were involved in the unintentional wrong.
27 |'If any person sins unintentionally, then he must bring a yearling female goat for a purification offering. “If one person sins unintentionally, he shall offer a female goat a year old for a sin offering. “’But if just one person sins unintentionally, that person must bring a year-old female goat for a sin offering.
28 And the priest must make atonement for the person who sins unintentionally--when he sins unintentionally before the LORD--to make atonement for him, and he will be forgiven. And the priest shall make atonement before the LORD for the person who makes a mistake, when he sins unintentionally, to make atonement for him, and he shall be forgiven. The priest is to make atonement before the LORD for the one who erred by sinning unintentionally, and when atonement has been made, that person will be forgiven.
29 You must have one law for the person who sins unintentionally, both for the native-born among the Israelites and for the resident foreigner who lives among them. You shall have one law for him who does anything unintentionally, for him who is native among the people of Israel and for the stranger who sojourns among them. One and the same law applies to everyone who sins unintentionally, whether a native-born Israelite or a foreigner residing among you.
30 |'But the person who acts defiantly, whether native-born or a resident foreigner, insults the LORD. That person must be cut off from among his people. But the person who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native or a sojourner, reviles the LORD, and that person shall be cut off from among his people. “’But anyone who sins defiantly, whether native-born or foreigner, blasphemes the LORD and must be cut off from the people of Israel.
31 Because he has despised the word of the LORD and has broken his commandment, that person must be completely cut off. His iniquity will be on him.'| Because he has despised the word of the LORD and has broken his commandment, that person shall be utterly cut off; his iniquity shall be on him.” Because they have despised the LORD’s word and broken his commands, they must surely be cut off; their guilt remains on them.’”
32 When the Israelites were in the wilderness they found a man gathering wood on the Sabbath day. While the people of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day. While the Israelites were in the wilderness, a man was found gathering wood on the Sabbath day.

The whole assembly must stone him outside the camp.”
36 So the whole community took him outside the camp and stoned him to death, just as the LORD commanded Moses. And all the congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him to death with stones, as the LORD commanded Moses. So the assembly took him outside the camp and stoned him to death, as the LORD commanded Moses.
37 The LORD spoke to Moses: The LORD said to Moses, The LORD said to Moses,
38 |Speak to the Israelites and tell them to make tassels for themselves on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and put a blue thread on the tassel of the corners. “Speak to the people of Israel, and tell them to make tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and to put a cord of blue on the tassel of each corner. “Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘Throughout the generations to come you are to make tassels on the corners of your garments, with a blue cord on each tassel.
39 You must have this tassel so that you may look at it and remember all the commandments of the LORD and obey them and so that you do not follow after your own heart and your own eyes that lead you to unfaithfulness. And it shall be a tassel for you to look at and remember all the commandments of the LORD, to do them, not to follow after your own heart and your own eyes, which you are inclined to whore after. You will have these tassels to look at and so you will remember all the commands of the LORD, that you may obey them and not prostitute yourselves by chasing after the lusts of your own hearts and eyes.
40 Thus you will remember and obey all my commandments and be holy to your God. So you shall remember and do all my commandments, and be holy to your God. Then you will remember to obey all my commands and will be consecrated to your God.
41 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt to be your God. I am the LORD your God.| I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt to be your God: I am the LORD your God.” I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt to be your God. I am the LORD your God.’”
