2	“Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, ‘When you enter the land of your places of habitation, which I am going to give you,	“Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, When you come into the land you are to inhabit, which I am giving you,	“Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘After you enter the land I am giving you as a home
3	then make an offering by fire to Yahweh, a burnt offering or a sacrifice to fulfill a special vow, or as a freewill offering or in your appointed times, to make a soothing aroma to Yahweh, from the herd or from the flock.	and you offer to the LORD from the herd or from the flock a food offering or a burnt offering or a sacrifice, to fulfill a vow or as a freewill offering or at your appointed feasts, to make a pleasing aroma to the LORD,	and you present to the LORD food offerings from the herd or the flock, as an aroma pleasing to the LORD—whether burnt offerings or sacrifices, for special vows or freewill offerings or festival offerings—
4	And the one who brings his offering near shall bring near to Yahweh a grain offering of one-tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with one-fourth of a hin of oil,	then he who brings his offering shall offer to the LORD a grain offering of a tenth of an ephah of fine flour, mixed with a quarter of a hin of oil;	then the person who brings an offering shall present to the LORD a grain offering of a tenth of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with a quarter of a hin of olive oil.
5	and you shall prepare wine for the drink offering, one-fourth of a hin, with the burnt offering or for the sacrifice, for each lamb.	and you shall offer with the burnt offering, or for the sacrifice, a quarter of a hin of wine for the drink offering for each lamb.	With each lamb for the burnt offering or the sacrifice, prepare a quarter of a hin of wine as a drink offering.
6	Or for a ram you shall prepare as a grain offering two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with one-third of a hin of oil;	Or for a ram, you shall offer for a grain offering two tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a third of a hin of oil.	“’With a ram prepare a grain offering of two-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with a third of a hin of olive oil,
7	and for the drink offering you shall bring near one-third of a hin of wine as a soothing aroma to Yahweh.	And for the drink offering you shall offer a third of a hin of wine, a pleasing aroma to the LORD.	and a third of a hin of wine as a drink offering. Offer it as an aroma pleasing to the LORD.
8	And when you prepare a bull from the herd as a burnt offering or a sacrifice, to fulfill a special vow, or for peace offerings to Yahweh,	And when you offer a bull as a burnt offering or sacrifice, to fulfill a vow or for peace offerings to the LORD,	“’When you prepare a young bull as a burnt offering or sacrifice, for a special vow or a fellowship offering to the LORD,
9	then you shall bring near with the bull from the herd a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with one-half a hin of oil;	then one shall offer with the bull a grain offering of three tenths of an ephah of fine flour, mixed with half a hin of oil.	bring with the bull a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with half a hin of olive oil,
10	and you shall bring near as the drink offering one-half a hin of wine as an offering by fire, as a soothing aroma to Yahweh.	And you shall offer for the drink offering half a hin of wine, as a food offering, a pleasing aroma to the LORD.	and also bring half a hin of wine as a drink offering. This will be a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the LORD.
11	‘Thus it shall be done for each ox, or for each ram, or for each of the male lambs, or of the goats.	“Thus it shall be done for each bull or ram, or for each lamb or young goat.	Each bull or ram, each lamb or young goat, is to be prepared in this manner.
12	According to the number that you prepare, so you shall do for everyone according to their number.	As many as you offer, so shall you do with each one, as many as there are.	Do this for each one, for as many as you prepare.
13	All who are native shall do these things in this manner, in bringing near an offering by fire, as a soothing aroma to Yahweh.	Every native Israelite shall do these things in this way, in offering a food offering, with a pleasing aroma to the LORD.	“’Everyone who is native-born must do these things in this way when they present a food offering as an aroma pleasing to the LORD.
14	And if a sojourner sojourns with you, or one who may be among you throughout your generations, and he offers an offering by fire as a soothing aroma to Yahweh, just as you do so he shall do.	And if a stranger is sojourning with you, or anyone is living permanently among you, and he wishes to offer a food offering, with a pleasing aroma to the LORD, he shall do as you do.	For the generations to come, whenever a foreigner or anyone else living among you presents a food offering as an aroma pleasing to the LORD, they must do exactly as you do.
15	As for the assembly, there shall be one statute for you and for the sojourner who sojourns with you, a perpetual statute throughout your generations; as you are, so shall the sojourner be before Yahweh.	For the assembly, there shall be one statute for you and for the stranger who sojourns with you, a statute forever throughout your generations. You and the sojourner shall be alike before the LORD.	The community is to have the same rules for you and for the foreigner residing among you; this is a lasting ordinance for the generations to come. You and the foreigner shall be the same before the LORD:
16	There shall be one law and one judgment for you and for the sojourner who sojourns with you.’”	One law and one rule shall be for you and for the stranger who sojourns with you.”	The same laws and regulations will apply both to you and to the foreigner residing among you.’”
17	Then Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,	The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,	The LORD said to Moses,
18	“Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, ‘When you enter the land where I am going to bring you,	“Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, When you come into the land to which I bring you	“Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘When you enter the land to which I am taking you
19	then it shall be, that when you eat of the food of the land, you shall raise up a contribution offering to Yahweh.	and when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall present a contribution to the LORD.	and you eat the food of the land, present a portion as an offering to the LORD.
20	Of the first of your dough you shall raise up a cake as a contribution offering; as the contribution offering of the threshing floor, so you shall raise it up.	Of the first of your dough you shall present a loaf as a contribution; like a contribution from the threshing floor, so shall you present it.	Present a loaf from the first of your ground meal and present it as an offering from the threshing floor.
21	From the first of your dough you shall give to Yahweh a contribution offering throughout your generations.	Some of the first of your dough you shall give to the LORD as a contribution throughout your generations.	Throughout the generations to come you are to give this offering to the LORD from the first of your ground meal.
22	‘But when you unintentionally fail and do not observe all these commandments, which Yahweh has spoken to Moses,	“But if you sin unintentionally, and do not observe all these commandments that the LORD has spoken to Moses,	“’Now if you as a community unintentionally fail to keep any of these commands the LORD gave Moses—
23	even all that Yahweh has commanded you by the hand of Moses, from the day when Yahweh commanded and onward throughout your generations,	all that the LORD has commanded you by Moses, from the day that the LORD gave commandment, and onward throughout your generations,	any of the LORD’s commands to you through him, from the day the LORD gave them and continuing through the generations to come—
24	then it will be, if it is done unintentionally, hidden from the sight of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one bull from the herd for a burnt offering as a soothing aroma to Yahweh, with its grain offering and its drink offering, according to the legal judgment, and one male goat for a sin offering.	then if it was done unintentionally without the knowledge of the congregation, all the congregation shall offer one bull from the herd for a burnt offering, a pleasing aroma to the LORD, with its grain offering and its drink offering, according to the rule, and one male goat for a sin offering.	and if this is done unintentionally without the community being aware of it, then the whole community is to offer a young bull for a burnt offering as an aroma pleasing to the LORD, along with its prescribed grain offering and drink offering, and a male goat for a sin offering.
25	Then the priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the sons of Israel, and they will be pardoned; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering by fire to Yahweh, and their sin offering before Yahweh, for their error.	And the priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the people of Israel, and they shall be forgiven, because it was a mistake, and they have brought their offering, a food offering to the LORD, and their sin offering before the LORD for their mistake.	The priest is to make atonement for the whole Israelite community, and they will be forgiven, for it was not intentional and they have presented to the LORD for their wrong a food offering and a sin offering.
26	So all the congregation of the sons of Israel will be pardoned, with the sojourner who sojourns among them, for it happened to all the people through error.	And all the congregation of the people of Israel shall be forgiven, and the stranger who sojourns among them, because the whole population was involved in the mistake.	The whole Israelite community and the foreigners residing among them will be forgiven, because all the people were involved in the unintentional wrong.
27	‘Also if one person sins unintentionally, then he shall bring near a one year old female goat for a sin offering.	“If one person sins unintentionally, he shall offer a female goat a year old for a sin offering.	“’But if just one person sins unintentionally, that person must bring a year-old female goat for a sin offering.
28	And the priest shall make atonement before Yahweh for the person who goes astray when he sins unintentionally, making atonement for him that he may be pardoned.	And the priest shall make atonement before the LORD for the person who makes a mistake, when he sins unintentionally, to make atonement for him, and he shall be forgiven.	The priest is to make atonement before the LORD for the one who erred by sinning unintentionally, and when atonement has been made, that person will be forgiven.
29	You shall have one law for him who does anything unintentionally, for him who is native among the sons of Israel and for the sojourner who sojourns among them.	You shall have one law for him who does anything unintentionally, for him who is native among the people of Israel and for the stranger who sojourns among them.	One and the same law applies to everyone who sins unintentionally, whether a native-born Israelite or a foreigner residing among you.
30	But the person who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native or a sojourner, that one is blaspheming Yahweh; and that person shall be cut off from among his people.	But the person who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native or a sojourner, reviles the LORD, and that person shall be cut off from among his people.	“’But anyone who sins defiantly, whether native-born or foreigner, blasphemes the LORD and must be cut off from the people of Israel.
31	Because he has despised the word of Yahweh and has broken His commandment, that person shall be completely cut off; his guilt will be on him.’”	Because he has despised the word of the LORD and has broken his commandment, that person shall be utterly cut off; his iniquity shall be on him.”	Because they have despised the LORD’s word and broken his commands, they must surely be cut off; their guilt remains on them.’”
32	Now the sons of Israel were in the wilderness, and they found a man gathering wood on the sabbath day.	While the people of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day.	While the Israelites were in the wilderness, a man was found gathering wood on the Sabbath day.
33	And those who found him gathering wood brought him near to Moses and Aaron and to all the congregation;	And those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron and to all the congregation.	Those who found him gathering wood brought him to Moses and Aaron and the whole assembly,
34	and they put him in custody because it had not been declared what should be done to him.	They put him in custody, because it had not been made clear what should be done to him.	and they kept him in custody, because it was not clear what should be done to him.
35	Then Yahweh said to Moses, “The man shall surely be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.”	And the LORD said to Moses, “The man shall be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.”	Then the LORD said to Moses, “The man must die. The whole assembly must stone him outside the camp.”
36	So all the congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him to death with stones, just as Yahweh had commanded Moses.	And all the congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him to death with stones, as the LORD commanded Moses.	So the assembly took him outside the camp and stoned him to death, as the LORD commanded Moses.
37	Yahweh also spoke to Moses, saying,	The LORD said to Moses,	The LORD said to Moses,
38	“Speak to the sons of Israel, and tell them that they shall make for themselves tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and that they shall put on the tassel of each corner a cord of blue.	“Speak to the people of Israel, and tell them to make tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and to put a cord of blue on the tassel of each corner.	“Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘Throughout the generations to come you are to make tassels on the corners of your garments, with a blue cord on each tassel.
39	And it shall be a tassel for you to look at and remember all the commandments of Yahweh, so as to do them and not follow after your own heart and your own eyes, after which you played the harlot,	And it shall be a tassel for you to look at and remember all the commandments of the LORD, to do them, not to follow after your own heart and your own eyes, which you are inclined to whore after.	You will have these tassels to look at and so you will remember all the commands of the LORD, that you may obey them and not prostitute yourselves by chasing after the lusts of your own hearts and eyes.
40	so that you may remember to do all My commandments and be holy to your God.	So you shall remember and do all my commandments, and be holy to your God.	Then you will remember to obey all my commands and will be consecrated to your God.
41	I am Yahweh your God who brought you out from the land of Egypt to be your God; I am Yahweh your God.”	I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt to be your God: I am the LORD your God.”	I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt to be your God. I am the LORD your God.’”
