3 While Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples (pupils) came to Him privately. “Tell us, they said, “when will these things happen, and what will be the sign of Your coming and of the end of the age? As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”

14 And this gospel (good news) of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a testimony to all nations {ethnesin}, and then the end will come. 44 For this reason, you⁺ also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour you⁺ do not expect. 48 But suppose that servant {doulos} is wicked and says in his heart, ‘My master {kyrios} will be away a long time. But if that wicked servant says to himself, ‘My master is delayed,’ But suppose that servant is wicked and says to himself, ‘My master is staying away a long time,’
