1A Song. A Psalm of David. My heart is steadfast, O God; I will sing and make music with all my being.1שִׁ֖יר מִזְמ֣וֹר לְדָוִֽד׃ נָכ֣וֹן לִבִּ֣י אֱלֹהִ֑ים אָשִׁ֥ירָה וַ֝אֲזַמְּרָ֗ה אַף־ כְּבוֹדִֽי׃
2Awake, O harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn.2ע֭וּרָֽה הַנֵּ֥בֶל וְכִנּ֗וֹר אָעִ֥ירָה שָּֽׁחַר׃
3I will praise You, O LORD, among the peoples; I will sing Your praises among the nations.3אוֹדְךָ֖ בָעַמִּ֥ים ׀ יְהוָ֑ה וַ֝אֲזַמֶּרְךָ֗ בַּל־ אֻמִּֽים׃
4For Your loving devotion is higher than the heavens, and Your truth reaches to the skies.4כִּֽי־ גָד֣וֹל מֵֽעַל־ שָׁמַ֣יִם חַסְדֶּ֑ךָ וְֽעַד־ שְׁחָקִ֥ים אֲמִתֶּֽךָ׃
5Be exalted, O God, above the heavens, and let Your glory cover the earth.5ר֣וּמָה עַל־ שָׁמַ֣יִם אֱלֹהִ֑ים וְעַ֖ל כָּל־ הָאָ֣רֶץ כְּבוֹדֶֽךָ׃
6That Your beloved may be delivered, save me by Your right hand and answer me!6לְ֭מַעַן יֵחָלְצ֣וּן יְדִידֶ֑יךָ הוֹשִׁ֖יעָה יְמִֽינְךָ֣ וַעֲנֵֽנִי׃
7God has spoken in His sanctuary: “I will triumph! I will parcel out Shechem, and apportion the Valley of Succoth.7אֱלֹהִ֤ים ׀ דִּבֶּ֥ר בְּקָדְשׁ֗וֹ אֶעְלֹ֥זָה אֲחַלְּקָ֥ה שְׁכֶ֑ם וְעֵ֖מֶק סֻכּ֣וֹת אֲמַדֵּֽד׃
8Gilead is Mine, Manasseh is Mine; Ephraim is My helmet and Judah My scepter.8לִ֤י גִלְעָ֨ד ׀ לִ֤י מְנַשֶּׁ֗ה וְ֭אֶפְרַיִם מָע֣וֹז רֹאשִׁ֑י יְ֝הוּדָ֗ה מְחֹקְקִֽי׃
9Moab is My washbasin; on Edom I toss My sandal; over Philistia I shout in triumph.”9מוֹאָ֤ב ׀ סִ֬יר רַחְצִ֗י עַל־ אֱ֭דוֹם אַשְׁלִ֣יךְ נַעֲלִ֑י עֲלֵֽי־ פְ֝לֶ֗שֶׁת אֶתְרוֹעָֽע׃
10Who will bring me to the fortified city? Who will lead me to Edom?10מִ֣י יֹ֭בִלֵנִי עִ֣יר מִבְצָ֑ר מִ֖י נָחַ֣נִי עַד־ אֱדֽוֹם׃
11Have You rejected us, O God? Do You no longer march out, O God, with our armies?11הֲלֹֽא־ אֱלֹהִ֥ים זְנַחְתָּ֑נוּ וְֽלֹא־ תֵצֵ֥א אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים בְּצִבְאֹתֵֽינוּ׃
12Give us aid against the foe, for the help of man is worthless.12הָֽבָה־ לָּ֣נוּ עֶזְרָ֣ת מִצָּ֑ר וְ֝שָׁ֗וְא תְּשׁוּעַ֥ת אָדָֽם׃
13With God we perform with valor, and He will trample our enemies.13בֵּֽאלֹהִ֥ים נַעֲשֶׂה־ חָ֑יִל וְ֝ה֗וּא יָב֥וּס צָרֵֽינוּ׃
