Good News Translation
So he makes up false charges against her, accusing her of not being a virgin when they got married.

and makes up charges against her, slandering her by saying, “I married this woman; but when I lay with her, I did not find evidence of her virginity.”

He might tell ugly lies about her, and say, "I married this woman, but when we slept together, I found out she wasn't a virgin."
