The Hebrew word for "acts" is "ma'aseh," which can also mean deeds or works. This implies a comprehensive account of Ahaz's actions, both good and bad. Historically, Ahaz was known for his idolatry and alliance with Assyria, which led to spiritual and political decline in Judah.
