You were shown these things so that you would know that the LORD is God; there is no other besides Him.
1 Kings 8:43
may You hear from heaven, Your dwelling place, and do according to all for which the foreigner calls to You. Then all the peoples of the earth will know Your name and fear You, as do Your people Israel, and they will know that this house I have built is called by Your Name.
Those who know Your name will trust in You, for You, O LORD, have not abandoned those who seek You.
But let him who boasts boast in this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the LORD, who exercises loving devotion, justice and righteousness on the earth--for I delight in these things, " declares the LORD.
He took up the cause of the poor and needy, and so it went well. Is this not what it means to know Me?" declares the LORD.
I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the LORD. They will be My people, and I will be their God, for they will return to Me with all their heart.
No longer will each man teach his neighbor or his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD, ' because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquity and will remember their sins no more."
Hosea 4:1, 6
Hear the word of the LORD, O children of Israel, for the LORD has a case against the inhabitants of the land: There is no truth, no loving devotion, and no knowledge of God in the land! . . .
You do not know Him, but I know Him. If I said I did not know Him, I would be a liar like you. But I do know Him, and I keep His word.
Now this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.
Acts 17:23, 30

They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed, and hatred. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, and malice. They are gossips,
Therefore, since we are receiving an unshakable kingdom, let us be filled with gratitude, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe.

Put an end to the evil of the wicked, but establish the righteous, O righteous God who searches hearts and minds.

Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight; everything is uncovered and exposed before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.
Then I will strike her children dead, and all the churches will know that I am the One who searches minds and hearts, and I will repay each of you according to your deeds.

You know when I sit and when I rise; You understand my thoughts from afar.
This is what the Lord GOD says: 'On that day, thoughts will arise in your mind, and you will devise an evil plan.
if thou seek
2 Chronicles 15:2
So he went out to meet Asa and said to him, "Listen to me, Asa and all Judah and Benjamin. The LORD is with you when you are with Him. If you seek Him, He will be found by you, but if you forsake Him, He will forsake you.
My son, if you accept my words and hide my commandments within you, . . .

Isaiah 55:6, 7

if thou forsake
Deuteronomy 31:16, 17
And the LORD said to Moses, "You will soon rest with your fathers, and these people will rise up and prostitute themselves with the foreign gods of the land they are entering. They will forsake Me and break the covenant I have made with them. . . .
1 Kings 9:6-9
But if indeed you or your sons turn away from following Me and do not keep the commandments and statutes I have set before you, and if you go off to serve and worship other gods, . . .
For I was ashamed to ask the king for an escort of soldiers and horsemen to protect us from our enemies on the road, since we had told him, "The hand of our God is gracious to all who seek Him, but His great anger is against all who forsake Him."
But rebels and sinners will together be shattered, and those who forsake the LORD will perish.
Hebrews 10:38, 39
But My righteous one will live by faith; and if he shrinks back, I will take no pleasure in him." . . .
