1 Now it happened that in those days a decree went out from Caesar Augustus for a census to be taken of all the inhabited earth. 3 And everyone was going to be registered for the census, each to his own city. And all went to be registered, each to his own town. And everyone went to their own town to register.

25 And behold, there was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon, and this man was righteous and devout, waiting for the comfort of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was upon him. 49 And He said to them, “Why is it that you were searching for Me? Did you not know that I had to be in My Father’s house?” And he said to them, “Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father’s house?” “Why were you searching for me?” he asked. “Didn’t you know I had to be in my Father’s house?”
50 But they did not understand the statement which He had spoken to them. And they did not understand the saying that he spoke to them. But they did not understand what he was saying to them.
51 And He went down with them and came to Nazareth, and He continued in subjection to them, and His mother was treasuring all these things in her heart. And he went down with them and came to Nazareth and was submissive to them. And his mother treasured up all these things in her heart. Then he went down to Nazareth with them and was obedient to them. But his mother treasured all these things in her heart.
52 And Jesus was advancing in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men. And Jesus increased in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and man. And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.
