17	And having seen, they made known concerning the saying having been spoken to them concerning this Child. 25	And behold, there was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon. And this man was righteous and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was upon him. 31	which You prepared before the face of all the peoples,	that you have prepared in the presence of all peoples,	which you have prepared in the sight of all nations:

When Joseph and Mary had done everything required by the Law of the Lord, they returned to Galilee to their own town of Nazareth.
40	And the Child continued to grow and become strong, being filled with wisdom. And the grace of God was upon Him.	And the child grew and became strong, filled with wisdom. 43	and having completed the days, in their returning, the boy Jesus remained behind in Jerusalem, and His parents did not know. Then they began looking for him among their relatives and friends.
45	And not having found Him, they returned to Jerusalem, seeking Him.	and when they did not find him, they returned to Jerusalem, searching for him.	When they did not find him, they went back to Jerusalem to look for him.
46	And it came to pass after three days that they found Him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the teachers, both hearing them and questioning them. Behold, your father and I have been searching for you in great distress.”	When his parents saw him, they were astonished. His mother said to him, “Son, why have you treated us like this? Your father and I have been anxiously searching for you.”
49	And He said to them, “Why is it that you⁺ were seeking Me? Did you⁺ not know that it is necessary for Me to be in the house of My Father?”	And he said to them, “Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father’s house?”	“Why were you searching for me?” he asked. “Didn’t you know I had to be in my Father’s house?”
50	And they did not understand the word that He spoke to them.	And they did not understand the saying that he spoke to them.	But they did not understand what he was saying to them.
51	And He went down with them and came to Nazareth, and He was subject to them. And His mother was keeping all these matters in her heart.	And he went down with them and came to Nazareth and was submissive to them. And his mother treasured up all these things in her heart.	Then he went down to Nazareth with them and was obedient to them. But his mother treasured all these things in her heart.
52	And Jesus continued to advance in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.	And Jesus increased in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and man.	And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.
