1At that time Herod the tetrarch heard about the fame of Jesus, | 1At that time Herod the tetrarch heard the report about Jesus. " |
2and he said to his servants, “This is John the Baptist. He has been raised from the dead; that is why these miraculous powers are at work in him.” | 2This is John the Baptist!" he told his servants. "He has been raised from the dead, and that's why supernatural powers are at work in him." |
