1 THEN Jacob called his sons and said to them, Gather yourselves together that I may tell you that which shall befall you in the last days. Then Jacob called his sons and said, “Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you what shall happen to you in days to come. 26 The blessings of your father have prevailed above the blessings of my forbears to the utmost bound of the everlasting hills; they shall be on the head of Joseph, on the crown of the head of him who is the prince of his brothers. The blessings of your father are mighty beyond the blessings of my parents, up to the bounties of the everlasting hills. May they be on the head of Joseph, and on the brow of him who was set apart from his brothers.
