7 And which of you? having a servant plowing or shepherding, the one having come in out of the field, will say to him, ‘Having come, immediately recline’? 8 But will he not say to him, ‘Prepare what I may eat, and having girded yourself about, serve me while I eat and drink; and after these things you will eat and drink’? 9 Does he have favor to the servant because he did the things having been directed? 10 Thus also you?, when you? may have done all the things having been directed you?, say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have done that which we were obligated to do.’” 11 And it came to pass, in His going to Jerusalem, that He was passing through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. 12 And on His entering into a certain village, ten leprous men met Him, who stood afar off. 13 And they lifted up their voice, saying, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!” 14 And having seen, He said to them, “Having gone, show yourselves to the priests.” And it came to pass, in their going, that they were cleansed. 15 And one of them, having seen that he was healed, turned back, glorifying God with a loud voice, 16 and he fell on his face at His feet, giving thanks to Him. And he was a Samaritan. 17 And having answered, Jesus said, “Were not the ten cleansed? But where are the nine? 18 Was there found none having returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?” 19 And He said to him, “Having risen up, go; your faith has saved you!” 20 And having been questioned by the Pharisees as to when the kingdom of God is coming, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation, 21 nor will they say, ‘Behold, here,’ or, ‘There.’ For behold, the kingdom of God is in your? midst.” 22 And He said to the disciples, “The days will come when you? will desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you? will not see it. 23 And they will say to you?, ‘Behold, there,’ or, ‘Behold, here.’ you? should not go away, nor should you? pursue. 24 For just as the lightning shines, flashing from the one end of the sky to the other end of the sky, so will be the Son of Man in His day. 25 But first it is necessary for Him to suffer many things and to be rejected by this generation. 26 And just as it came to pass in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man: 27 They were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage, until that day Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. 28 Likewise, just as it came to pass in the days of Lot: They were eating, they were drinking, they were buying, they were selling, they were planting, they were building, 29 and in that day Lot went out from Sodom, it rained fire and sulfur from heaven and destroyed all. 30 According to the same things it will be in that day the Son of Man is revealed. 31 In that day, the one who will be on the housetop, and his goods in the house, let him not come down to take them away; and likewise the one in the field, let him not return to the things behind. 32 Remember the wife of Lot! 33 Whoever may seek to keep his life will lose it; but whoever may lose it will preserve it. 34 I say to you?, in that night there will be two upon one bed: The one will be taken, and the other will be left. 35 There will be two women grinding at the same place: The one will be taken, and the other will be left.” 37 And answering, they say to Him, “Where, Lord?” And He said to them, “Where the body is, there also the vultures will be gathered together.” Luke 17:7-37, Berean Literal Bible.
