1 A hymn of David. I exalt you, my God the King, and bless your name forever and ever. I will extol you, my God and King, and bless your name forever and ever. A psalm of praise. Of David. I will exalt you, my God the King; I will praise your name for ever and ever.
2 I will bless you every day; I will praise your name forever and ever. Every day I will bless you and praise your name forever and ever. Every day I will praise you and extol your name for ever and ever.
3 The LORD is great and is highly praised; his greatness is unsearchable. Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised, and his greatness is unsearchable. Great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom.
4 One generation will declare your works to the next and will proclaim your mighty acts. One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts. One generation commends your works to another; they tell of your mighty acts.
5 I will speak of your splendor and glorious majesty and your wondrous works. On the glorious splendor of your majesty, and on your wondrous works, I will meditate. They speak of the glorious splendor of your majesty— and I will meditate on your wonderful works.
6 They will proclaim the power of your awe-inspiring acts, and I will declare your greatness. They shall speak of the might of your awesome deeds, and I will declare your greatness. They tell of the power of your awesome works— and I will proclaim your great deeds.
7 They will give a testimony of your great goodness and will joyfully sing of your righteousness. They shall pour forth the fame of your abundant goodness and shall sing aloud of your righteousness. They celebrate your abundant goodness and joyfully sing of your righteousness.
8 The LORD is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and great in faithful love. The LORD is gracious and merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. The LORD is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love.

13 Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom; your rule is for all generations. The LORD is faithful in all his words and gracious in all his actions.
