| 2For look, your enemies are making a commotion; those who hate you are hostile. | 2See how your enemies growl, how your foes rear their heads. |
| 3They carefully plot against your people, and make plans to harm the ones you cherish. | 3With cunning they conspire against your people; they plot against those you cherish. |
