Good News Translation
The Pharisees then said to one another, "You see, we are not succeeding at all! Look, the whole world is following him!"

The Pharisees then said to one another, “You see, you can do nothing. Look, the world has gone after him!”

But the Pharisees said to each other, "There is nothing we can do! Everyone in the world is following Jesus."
