We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Now we who are strong have an obligation to bear the weaknesses of those without strength, and not to please ourselves. We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Now we who are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of those without strength, and not just please ourselves.
Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, to build him up. Each one of us must please his neighbor for his good, to build him up. Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification. Each of us is to please his neighbor for his good, to his edification.
For Christ did not please himself, but as it is written, “The reproaches of those who reproached you fell on me.” For even the Messiah did not please Himself. On the contrary, as it is written, The insults of those who insult You have fallen on Me. For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me. For even Christ did not please Himself, but as it is written: “THE TAUNTS OF THOSE WHO TAUNT YOU HAVE FALLEN ON ME.”
For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. For whatever was written in the past was written for our instruction, so that we may have hope through endurance and through the encouragement from the Scriptures. For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope. For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction, so that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.
May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, Now may the God who gives endurance and encouragement allow you to live in harmony with one another, according to the command of Christ Jesus, Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus: Now may the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another, according to Christ Jesus,
that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. so that you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ with a united mind and voice. That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. so that with one purpose and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God. Therefore accept one another, just as the Messiah also accepted you, to the glory of God. Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God. Therefore, accept one another, just as Christ also accepted us, for the glory of God.
For I tell you that Christ became a servant to the circumcised to show God’s truthfulness, in order to confirm the promises given to the patriarchs, For I say that the Messiah became a servant of the circumcised on behalf of God’s truth, to confirm the promises to the fathers, Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers: For I say that Christ has become a servant to the circumcision in behalf of the truth of God, to confirm the promises given to the fathers,
and in order that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy. As it is written, “Therefore I will praise you among the Gentiles, and sing to your name.” and so that Gentiles may glorify God for His mercy. As it is written: Therefore I will praise You among the Gentiles, and I will sing psalms to Your name. And that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name. and for the Gentiles to glorify God for His mercy; as it is written: “THEREFORE I WILL GIVE PRAISE TO YOU AMONG THE GENTILES, AND I WILL SING PRAISES TO YOUR NAME.”
And again it is said, “Rejoice, O Gentiles, with his people.” Again it says: Rejoice, you Gentiles, with His people! And again he saith, Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with his people. Again he says, “REJOICE, YOU GENTILES, WITH HIS PEOPLE.”
And again, “Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles, and let all the peoples extol him.” And again: Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles; all the peoples should praise Him! And again, Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles; and laud him, all ye people. And again, “PRAISE THE LORD ALL YOU GENTILES, AND LET ALL THE PEOPLES PRAISE HIM.”
And again Isaiah says, “The root of Jesse will come, even he who arises to rule the Gentiles; in him will the Gentiles hope.” And again, Isaiah says: The root of Jesse will appear, the One who rises to rule the Gentiles; the Gentiles will hope in Him. And again, Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust. Again Isaiah says, “THERE SHALL COME THE ROOT OF JESSE, AND HE WHO ARISES TO RULE OVER THE GENTILES, IN HIM WILL THE GENTILES HOPE.”
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you believe in Him so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
I myself am satisfied about you, my brothers, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge and able to instruct one another. My brothers, I myself am convinced about you that you also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, and able to instruct one another. And I myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren, that ye also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another. And concerning you, my brothers and sisters, I myself also am convinced that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge and able also to admonish one another.
But on some points I have written to you very boldly by way of reminder, because of the grace given me by God Nevertheless, I have written to remind you more boldly on some points because of the grace given me by God Nevertheless, brethren, I have written the more boldly unto you in some sort, as putting you in mind, because of the grace that is given to me of God, But I have written very boldly to you on some points so as to remind you again, because of the grace that was given to me from God,
to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles in the priestly service of the gospel of God, so that the offering of the Gentiles may be acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit. to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles, serving as a priest of God’s good news. My purpose is that the offering of the Gentiles may be acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit. That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost. to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles, ministering as a priest the gospel of God, so that my offering of the Gentiles may become acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
In Christ Jesus, then, I have reason to be proud of my work for God. Therefore I have reason to boast in Christ Jesus regarding what pertains to God. I have therefore whereof I may glory through Jesus Christ in those things which pertain to God. Therefore in Christ Jesus I have found reason for boasting in things pertaining to God.
For I will not venture to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me to bring the Gentiles to obedience—by word and deed, For I would not dare say anything except what Christ has accomplished through me to make the Gentiles obedient by word and deed, For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed, For I will not presume to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me, resulting in the obedience of the Gentiles by word and deed,
by the power of signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God—so that from Jerusalem and all the way around to Illyricum I have fulfilled the ministry of the gospel of Christ; by the power of miraculous signs and wonders, and by the power of God’s Spirit. As a result, I have fully proclaimed the good news about the Messiah from Jerusalem all the way around to Illyricum. Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ. in the power of signs and wonders, in the power of the Spirit; so that from Jerusalem and all around as far as Illyricum I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.
and thus I make it my ambition to preach the gospel, not where Christ has already been named, lest I build on someone else’s foundation, My aim is to evangelize where Christ has not been named, so that I will not build on someone else’s foundation, Yea, so have I strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man's foundation: And in this way I aspired to preach the gospel, not where Christ was already known by name, so that I would not build on another person’s foundation;
but as it is written, “Those who have never been told of him will see, and those who have never heard will understand.” but, as it is written: Those who were not told about Him will see, and those who have not heard will understand. But as it is written, To whom he was not spoken of, they shall see: and they that have not heard shall understand. but just as it is written: “THEY WHO HAVE NOT BEEN TOLD ABOUT HIM WILL SEE, AND THEY WHO HAVE NOT HEARD WILL UNDERSTAND.”
This is the reason why I have so often been hindered from coming to you. That is why I have been prevented many times from coming to you. For which cause also I have been much hindered from coming to you. For this reason I have often been prevented from coming to you;
But now, since I no longer have any room for work in these regions, and since I have longed for many years to come to you, But now I no longer have any work to do in these provinces, and I have strongly desired for many years to come to you But now having no more place in these parts, and having a great desire these many years to come unto you; but now, with no further place for me in these regions, and since I have had for many years a longing to come to you
I hope to see you in passing as I go to Spain, and to be helped on my journey there by you, once I have enjoyed your company for a while. whenever I travel to Spain. For I hope to see you when I pass through, and to be assisted by you for my journey there, once I have first enjoyed your company for a while. Whensoever I take my journey into Spain, I will come to you: for I trust to see you in my journey, and to be brought on my way thitherward by you, if first I be somewhat filled with your company. whenever I go to Spain—for I hope to see you in passing, and to be helped on my way there by you, when I have first enjoyed your company for a while—
At present, however, I am going to Jerusalem bringing aid to the saints. Right now I am traveling to Jerusalem to serve the saints, But now I go unto Jerusalem to minister unto the saints. but now, I am going to Jerusalem, serving the saints.
For Macedonia and Achaia have been pleased to make some contribution for the poor among the saints at Jerusalem. for Macedonia and Achaia were pleased to make a contribution for the poor among the saints in Jerusalem. For it hath pleased them of Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor saints which are at Jerusalem. For Macedonia and Achaia have been pleased to make a contribution for the poor among the saints in Jerusalem.
For they were pleased to do it, and indeed they owe it to them. For if the Gentiles have come to share in their spiritual blessings, they ought also to be of service to them in material blessings. Yes, they were pleased, and indeed are indebted to them. For if the Gentiles have shared in their spiritual benefits, then they are obligated to minister to Jews in material needs. It hath pleased them verily; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things. For they were pleased to do so, and they are indebted to them. For if the Gentiles have shared in their spiritual things, they are indebted to do them a service also in material things.
When therefore I have completed this and have delivered to them what has been collected, I will leave for Spain by way of you. So when I have finished this and safely delivered the funds to them, I will visit you on the way to Spain. When therefore I have performed this, and have sealed to them this fruit, I will come by you into Spain. Therefore, when I have finished this, and have put my seal on this fruit of theirs, I will go on by way of you to Spain.
I know that when I come to you I will come in the fullness of the blessing of Christ. I know that when I come to you, I will come in the fullness of the blessing of Christ. And I am sure that, when I come unto you, I shall come in the fulness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ. I know that when I come to you, I will come in the fullness of the blessing of Christ.
I appeal to you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God on my behalf, Now I appeal to you, brothers, through our Lord Jesus Christ and through the love of the Spirit, to join with me in fervent prayers to God on my behalf. Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ's sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me; Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God for me,
that I may be delivered from the unbelievers in Judea, and that my service for Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints, Pray that I may be rescued from the unbelievers in Judea, that the gift I am bringing to Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints, That I may be delivered from them that do not believe in Judaea; and that my service which I have for Jerusalem may be accepted of the saints; that I may be rescued from those who are disobedient in Judea, and that my service for Jerusalem may prove acceptable to the saints;
so that by God’s will I may come to you with joy and be refreshed in your company. and that, by God’s will, I may come to you with joy and be refreshed together with you. That I may come unto you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed. so that I may come to you in joy by the will of God and relax in your company.
May the God of peace be with you all. Amen. The God of peace be with all of you. Amen. Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen. Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.
