You, You <i>indeed</i> are to be feared, And who may stand in Your presence, once You are angry? It is you alone who are to be feared. Who can stand before you when you are angry?

11 Make and fulfill your vows to the LORD your God; let all the neighboring lands bring tribute to Him who is to be feared. Make your vows to the LORD your God and perform them; let all around him bring gifts to him who is to be feared, Vow, and pay unto the LORD your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared. Make vows to the LORD your God and fulfill <i>them;</i> All who are around Him are to bring gifts to Him who is to be feared. Make vows to the LORD your God and fulfill them; let all the neighboring lands bring gifts to the One to be feared.
12 He breaks the spirits of princes; He is feared by the kings of the earth. who cuts off the spirit of princes, who is to be feared by the kings of the earth. He shall cut off the spirit of princes: <i>he is</i> terrible to the kings of the earth. He will cut off the spirit of princes; He is feared by the kings of the earth. He breaks the spirit of rulers; he is feared by the kings of the earth.
