1O LORD, how many are my foes! Many are rising against me;1מִזְמ֥וֹר לְדָוִ֑ד בְּ֝בָרְח֗וֹ מִפְּנֵ֤י ׀ אַבְשָׁל֬וֹם בְּנֽוֹ׃ יְ֭הוָה מָֽה־ רַבּ֣וּ צָרָ֑י רַ֝בִּ֗ים קָמִ֥ים עָלָֽי׃
2many are saying of my soul, “There is no salvation for him in God.” Selah2רַבִּים֮ אֹמְרִ֪ים לְנַ֫פְשִׁ֥י אֵ֤ין יְֽשׁוּעָ֓תָה לּ֬וֹ בֵֽאלֹהִ֬ים סֶֽלָה׃
3But you, O LORD, are a shield about me, my glory, and the lifter of my head.3וְאַתָּ֣ה יְ֭הוָה מָגֵ֣ן בַּעֲדִ֑י כְּ֝בוֹדִ֗י וּמֵרִ֥ים רֹאשִֽׁי׃
4I cried aloud to the LORD, and he answered me from his holy hill. Selah4ק֭וֹלִי אֶל־ יְהוָ֣ה אֶקְרָ֑א וַיַּֽעֲנֵ֨נִי מֵהַ֖ר קָדְשׁ֣וֹ סֶֽלָה׃
5I lay down and slept; I woke again, for the LORD sustained me.5אֲנִ֥י שָׁכַ֗בְתִּי וָֽאִ֫ישָׁ֥נָה הֱקִיצ֑וֹתִי כִּ֖י יְהוָ֣ה יִסְמְכֵֽנִי׃
6I will not be afraid of many thousands of people who have set themselves against me all around.6לֹֽא־ אִ֭ירָא מֵרִבְב֥וֹת עָ֑ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר סָ֝בִ֗יב שָׁ֣תוּ עָלָֽי׃
7Arise, O LORD! Save me, O my God! For you strike all my enemies on the cheek; you break the teeth of the wicked.7ק֘וּמָ֤ה יְהוָ֨ה ׀ הוֹשִׁ֘יעֵ֤נִי אֱלֹהַ֗י כִּֽי־ הִכִּ֣יתָ אֶת־ כָּל־ אֹיְבַ֣י לֶ֑חִי שִׁנֵּ֖י רְשָׁעִ֣ים שִׁבַּֽרְתָּ׃
8Salvation belongs to the LORD; your blessing be on your people! Selah8לַיהוָ֥ה הַיְשׁוּעָ֑ה עַֽל־ עַמְּךָ֖ בִרְכָתֶ֣ךָ סֶּֽלָה׃
