Jesus Heals a Paralytic 1And, entering into a boat, He crossed over, and came into His own city.
And, behold, they were bringing to Him a paralytic laid upon a couch. And Jesus, seeing their faith, said to the paralytic, Jesus Calls Matthew 9And Jesus, passing on thence, saw a man, called Matthew, sitting at the tax-office, and He saith to him,
And it came to pass, as He was reclining at table in the house, behold, many tax-collectors and sinners, having come, were reclining with Jesus and His disciples.
And the Pharisees, seeing it, said to His disciples, Why is your Teacher eating with the tax-collectors and sinners?"
And Jesus, hearing it, said, Questions about Fasting 14Then came to Him the disciples of John, saying, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but Thy disciples fast not?"
Jesus said to them, The Patches and the Wineskins 16 The Healing Touch of Jesus 18While He is speaking these things to them, behold, a ruler, having come to Him, was worshiping Him, saying, "My daughter just now died; but, coming, lay Thy hand upon her, and she shall live."
And Jesus, having risen, was following him, also His disciples.
And, behold, a woman, having a flow of blood twelve years, having come up behind Him, touched the border of His garment;
for she was saying within herself, "If I only touch His garment, I shall be made well."
And Jesus, turning and seeing her, said,
And Jesus, having come into the house of the ruler, and seeing the flute-players and the multitude making a tumult,
said, Jesus Heals the Blind and Mute 27And, as Jesus was passing on thence, two blind men followed Him, crying out, and saying, "Have mercy on us, O Son of David!"
And the blind men came to Him, when He entered into the house; and He saith to them,
And, as they were going forth, behold, they have brought to Him a dumb man, a demoniac;
and, the demon having been cast oat, the dumb spake. And the multitudes wondered, saying, "Never was it so seen in Israel!"
But the Pharisees said, "By the ruler of the demons He is casting out the demons." The Lord of the Harvest 35And Jesus was going about all the cities and the villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every infirmity.
And, seeing the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were harassed and scattered, as sheep having no shepherd.
