A Psalm of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name! Of David. Praise the LORD, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.
Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, Praise the LORD, my soul, and forget not all his benefits—
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases,
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies: who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion,
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle. who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
The LORD executeth righteous acts, and judgments for all that are oppressed. The LORD works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed. The LORD works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.
He made known his ways unto Moses, his doings unto the children of Israel. He made known his ways to Moses, his acts to the people of Israel. He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the people of Israel:
The LORD is full of compassion and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.
He will not always chide; neither will he keep his anger for ever. He will not always chide, nor will he keep his anger forever. He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever;
He hath not dealt with us after our sins, nor rewarded us after our iniquities. He does not deal with us according to our sins, nor repay us according to our iniquities. he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.
For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him; For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him;
As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us. as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him. As a father shows compassion to his children, so the LORD shows compassion to those who fear him. As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him;
For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust. For he knows our frame; he remembers that we are dust. for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust.
As for man, his days are as grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth. As for man, his days are like grass; he flourishes like a flower of the field; The life of mortals is like grass, they flourish like a flower of the field;
For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more. for the wind passes over it, and it is gone, and its place knows it no more. the wind blows over it and it is gone, and its place remembers it no more.
But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children; But the steadfast love of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him, and his righteousness to children’s children, But from everlasting to everlasting the LORD’s love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children—
To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his precepts to do them. to those who keep his covenant and remember to do his commandments. with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts.
The LORD hath established his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all. The LORD has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all. The LORD has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all.
Bless the LORD, ye angels of his: ye mighty in strength, that fulfill his word, hearkening unto the voice of his word. Bless the LORD, O you his angels, you mighty ones who do his word, obeying the voice of his word! Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word.
Bless the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure. Bless the LORD, all his hosts, his ministers, who do his will! Praise the LORD, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will.
Bless the LORD, all ye his works, in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul. Bless the LORD, all his works, in all places of his dominion. Bless the LORD, O my soul! Praise the LORD, all his works everywhere in his dominion. Praise the LORD, my soul.
