1 Then Moses went up from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, which faces Jericho. And the LORD showed him the whole land— from Gilead as far as Dan, Then Moses went up from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, which is opposite Jericho. 4 And the LORD said to him, “This is the land that I swore to give Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob when I said, ‘I will give it to your descendants.’ I have let you see it with your own eyes, but you will not cross into it.” And the LORD said to him, “This is the land of which I swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, ‘I will give it to your offspring.’ I have let you see it with your eyes, but you shall not go over there.” And the LORD said unto him, This <i>is</i> the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, I will give it unto thy seed: I have caused thee to see <i>it</i> with thine eyes, but thou shalt not go over thither. Then the LORD said to him, “This is the land which I swore to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying, ‘I will give it to your descendants’; I have let you see <i>it</i> with your eyes, but you will not go over there.” Then the LORD said to him, “This is the land I promised on oath to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob when I said, ‘I will give it to your descendants.’ I have let you see it with your eyes, but you will not cross over into it.”
5 So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, as the LORD had said. 8 The Israelites grieved for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days, until the time of weeping and mourning for Moses came to an end. And the people of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days. Then the days of weeping and mourning for Moses were ended. And the children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days: so the days of weeping <i>and</i> mourning for Moses were ended. So the sons of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab for thirty days; then the days of weeping <i>and</i> mourning for Moses came to an end. The Israelites grieved for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days, until the time of weeping and mourning was over.
9 Now Joshua son of Nun was filled with the spirit of wisdom because Moses had laid his hands on him. So the Israelites obeyed him and did as the LORD had commanded Moses. And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom, for Moses had laid his hands on him. So the people of Israel obeyed him and did as the LORD had commanded Moses. And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the LORD commanded Moses. Now Joshua the son of Nun was filled with the spirit of wisdom, because Moses had laid his hands on him; and the sons of Israel listened to him and did as the LORD had commanded Moses. Now Joshua son of Nun was filled with the spirit of wisdom because Moses had laid his hands on him. So the Israelites listened to him and did what the LORD had commanded Moses.
10 Since that time, no prophet has risen in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face— And there has not arisen a prophet since in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face, And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face, Since that time no prophet has risen in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face, Since then, no prophet has risen in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face,
11 no prophet who did all the signs and wonders that the LORD sent Moses to do in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh and to all his officials and all his land, none like him for all the signs and the wonders that the LORD sent him to do in the land of Egypt, to Pharaoh and to all his servants and to all his land, In all the signs and the wonders, which the LORD sent him to do in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land, for all the signs and wonders which the LORD sent him to perform in the land of Egypt against Pharaoh, all his servants, and all his land— who did all those signs and wonders the LORD sent him to do in Egypt—to Pharaoh and to all his officials and to his whole land.
12 and no prophet who performed all the mighty acts of power and awesome deeds that Moses did in the sight of all Israel. and for all the mighty power and all the great deeds of terror that Moses did in the sight of all Israel. And in all that mighty hand, and in all the great terror which Moses shewed in the sight of all Israel. and for all the mighty power and all the great terror which Moses performed in the sight of all Israel. For no one has ever shown the mighty power or performed the awesome deeds that Moses did in the sight of all Israel.
