Good News Translation
Do not think that I will bring my people to the point of birth and not let them be born." The LORD has spoken.

Shall I open the womb and not deliver? says the LORD; shall I, the one who delivers, shut the womb? says your God.

The LORD is the one who makes birth possible. And he will see that Zion has many more children. The LORD has spoken.
