| 40 | νῦν δὲ ζητεῖτέ με ἀποκτεῖναι ἄνθρωπον ὃς τὴν ἀλήθειαν ὑμῖν λελάληκα ἣν ἤκουσα παρὰ τοῦ Θεοῦ τοῦτο Ἀβραὰμ οὐκ ἐποίησεν | but now you seek to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. This is not what Abraham did. | As it is, you are looking for a way to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. Abraham did not do such things. | |
