The Day of the Reckoning

NIVESVNASBKJVHCSB
6You, LORD, have abandoned your people, the descendants of Jacob. They are full of superstitions from the East; they practice divination like the Philistines and embrace pagan customs.6For you have rejected your people, the house of Jacob, because they are full of things from the east and of fortune-tellers like the Philistines, and they strike hands with the children of foreigners.6For You have abandoned Your people, the house of Jacob, Because they are filled with influences from the east, And they are soothsayers like the Philistines, And they strike bargains with the children of foreigners.6Therefore thou hast forsaken thy people the house of Jacob, because they be replenished from the east, and are soothsayers like the Philistines, and they please themselves in the children of strangers.6For You have abandoned Your people, the house of Jacob, because they are full of divination from the East and of fortune-tellers like the Philistines. They are in league with foreigners.
7Their land is full of silver and gold; there is no end to their treasures. Their land is full of horses; there is no end to their chariots.7Their land is filled with silver and gold, and there is no end to their treasures; their land is filled with horses, and there is no end to their chariots.7Their land has also been filled with silver and gold And there is no end to their treasures; Their land has also been filled with horses And there is no end to their chariots.7Their land also is full of silver and gold, neither is there any end of their treasures; their land is also full of horses, neither is there any end of their chariots:7Their land is full of silver and gold, and there is no limit to their treasures; their land is full of horses, and there is no limit to their chariots.
8Their land is full of idols; they bow down to the work of their hands, to what their fingers have made.8Their land is filled with idols; they bow down to the work of their hands, to what their own fingers have made.8Their land has also been filled with idols; They worship the work of their hands, That which their fingers have made.8Their land also is full of idols; they worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made:8Their land is full of idols; they bow down to the work of their hands, to what their fingers have made.
9So people will be brought low and everyone humbled-- do not forgive them.9So man is humbled, and each one is brought low— do not forgive them!9So the common man has been humbled And the man of importance has been abased, But do not forgive them.9And the mean man boweth down, and the great man humbleth himself: therefore forgive them not.9So humanity is brought low, and man is humbled. Do not forgive them!

22Stop trusting in mere humans, who have but a breath in their nostrils. Why hold them in esteem?22Stop regarding man in whose nostrils is breath, for of what account is he?22Stop regarding man, whose breath of life is in his nostrils; For why should he be esteemed?22Cease ye from man, whose breath is in his nostrils: for wherein is he to be accounted of?22Put no more trust in man, who has only the breath in his nostrils. What is he really worth?
