And a man lame from birth was being carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple that is called the Beautiful Gate to ask alms of those entering the temple. And a man who was lame from birth was carried there and placed every day at the temple gate called Beautiful, so he could beg from those entering the temple complex. And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple; And a man who had been unable to walk from birth was being carried, whom they used to set down every day at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, in order for him to beg for charitable gifts from those entering the temple grounds.
Seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, he asked to receive alms. When he saw Peter and John about to enter the temple complex, he asked for help. Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms. When he saw Peter and John about to go into the temple grounds, he began asking to receive a charitable gift.
And Peter directed his gaze at him, as did John, and said, “Look at us.” Peter, along with John, looked at him intently and said, “Look at us.” And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us. But Peter, along with John, looked at him intently and said, “Look at us!”
And he fixed his attention on them, expecting to receive something from them. So he turned to them, expecting to get something from them. And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. And he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them.
But Peter said, “I have no silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!” But Peter said, “I don’t have silver or gold, but what I have, I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, get up and walk!” Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. But Peter said, “I do not have silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you: In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, walk!”
And he took him by the right hand and raised him up, and immediately his feet and ankles were made strong. Then, taking him by the right hand he raised him up, and at once his feet and ankles became strong. And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ancle bones received strength. And grasping him by the right hand, he raised him up; and immediately his feet and his ankles were strengthened.
And leaping up, he stood and began to walk, and entered the temple with them, walking and leaping and praising God. So he jumped up, stood, and started to walk, and he entered the temple complex with them—walking, leaping, and praising God. And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God. And leaping up, he stood and began to walk; and he entered the temple with them, walking and leaping and praising God.
And all the people saw him walking and praising God, All the people saw him walking and praising God, And all the people saw him walking and praising God: And all the people saw him walking and praising God;
and recognized him as the one who sat at the Beautiful Gate of the temple, asking for alms. And they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him. and they recognized that he was the one who used to sit and beg at the Beautiful Gate of the temple complex. So they were filled with awe and astonishment at what had happened to him. And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him. and they recognized him as being the very one who used to sit at the Beautiful Gate of the temple to beg for charitable gifts, and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.
While he clung to Peter and John, all the people, utterly astounded, ran together to them in the portico called Solomon’s. While he was holding on to Peter and John, all the people, greatly amazed, ran toward them in what is called Solomon’s Colonnade. And as the lame man which was healed held Peter and John, all the people ran together unto them in the porch that is called Solomon's, greatly wondering. While he was clinging to Peter and John, all the people ran together to them at the portico named Solomon’s, completely astonished.
And when Peter saw it he addressed the people: “Men of Israel, why do you wonder at this, or why do you stare at us, as though by our own power or piety we have made him walk? When Peter saw this, he addressed the people: “Men of Israel, why are you amazed at this? Or why do you stare at us, as though we had made him walk by our own power or godliness? And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk? But when Peter saw this, he replied to the people, “Men of Israel, why are you amazed at this, or why are you staring at us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made him walk?
The God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified his servant Jesus, whom you delivered over and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release him. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified His Servant Jesus, whom you handed over and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release Him. The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified His servant Jesus, the one whom you handed over and disowned in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release Him.
But you denied the Holy and Righteous One, and asked for a murderer to be granted to you, But you denied the Holy and Righteous One and asked to have a murderer given to you. But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you; But you disowned the Holy and Righteous One, and asked for a murderer to be granted to you,
and you killed the Author of life, whom God raised from the dead. To this we are witnesses. You killed the source of life, whom God raised from the dead; we are witnesses of this. And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses. but put to death the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, a fact to which we are witnesses.
And his name—by faith in his name—has made this man strong whom you see and know, and the faith that is through Jesus has given the man this perfect health in the presence of you all. By faith in His name, His name has made this man strong, whom you see and know. So the faith that comes through Him has given him this perfect health in front of all of you.” And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. And on the basis of faith in His name, it is the name of Jesus which has strengthened this man whom you see and know; and the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect health in the presence of you all.
“And now, brothers, I know that you acted in ignorance, as did also your rulers. And now, brothers, I know that you did it in ignorance, just as your leaders also did. And now, brethren, I wot that through ignorance ye did it, as did also your rulers. “And now, brothers, I know that you acted in ignorance, just as your rulers also did.
But what God foretold by the mouth of all the prophets, that his Christ would suffer, he thus fulfilled. But what God predicted through the mouth of all the prophets—that His Messiah would suffer—He has fulfilled in this way. But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled. But the things which God previously announced by the mouths of all the prophets, that His Christ would suffer, He has fulfilled in this way.
Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, Therefore repent and turn back, so that your sins may be wiped out, that seasons of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord;
that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus, and that He may send Jesus, who has been appointed for you as the Messiah. And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: and that He may send Jesus, the Christ appointed for you,
whom heaven must receive until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago. Heaven must welcome Him until the times of the restoration of all things, which God spoke about by the mouth of His holy prophets from the beginning. Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. whom heaven must receive until the period of restoration of all things, about which God spoke by the mouths of His holy prophets from ancient times.
Moses said, ‘The Lord God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your brothers. You shall listen to him in whatever he tells you. Moses said: The Lord your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from among your brothers. You must listen to Him in everything He will say to you. For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. Moses said, ‘THE LORD GOD WILL RAISE UP FOR YOU A PROPHET LIKE ME FROM YOUR COUNTRYMEN; TO HIM YOU SHALL LISTEN regarding everything He says to you.
And it shall be that every soul who does not listen to that prophet shall be destroyed from the people.’ And everyone who will not listen to that Prophet will be completely cut off from the people.” And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people. And it shall be that every soul that does not listen to that prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.’
And all the prophets who have spoken, from Samuel and those who came after him, also proclaimed these days. In addition, all the prophets who have spoken, from Samuel and those after him, have also announced these days. Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days. And likewise, all the prophets who have spoken from Samuel and his successors onward, have also announced these days.
You are the sons of the prophets and of the covenant that God made with your fathers, saying to Abraham, ‘And in your offspring shall all the families of the earth be blessed.’ You are the sons of the prophets and of the covenant that God made with your ancestors, saying to Abraham, And all the families of the earth will be blessed through your offspring. Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. It is you who are the sons of the prophets and of the covenant which God ordained with your fathers, saying to Abraham, ‘AND IN YOUR SEED ALL THE FAMILIES OF THE EARTH SHALL BE BLESSED.’
God, having raised up his servant, sent him to you first, to bless you by turning every one of you from your wickedness.” God raised up His Servant and sent Him first to you to bless you by turning each of you from your evil ways.” Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities. God raised up His Servant for you first, and sent Him to bless you by turning every one of you from your wicked ways.”
