1 Now about spiritual gifts, brothers, I do not want you to be uninformed. Now concerning spiritual gifts, brothers, I do not want you to be uninformed. Now about the gifts of the Spirit, brothers and sisters, I do not want you to be uninformed.
2 You know that when you were pagans, you were influenced and led astray to mute idols. You know that when you were pagans you were led astray to mute idols, however you were led. You know that when you were pagans, somehow or other you were influenced and led astray to mute idols.
3 Therefore I inform you that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can call Jesus Lord, except by the Holy Spirit. Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking in the Spirit of God ever says “Jesus is accursed!” and no one can say “Jesus is Lord” except in the Holy Spirit. Therefore I want you to know that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus be cursed,” and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.
4 There are different gifts, but the same Spirit. Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them.
5 There are different ministries, but the same Lord. and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord.
6 There are different ways of working, but the same God works all things in all people. and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work.
7 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.

11 All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, who apportions them to each one as He determines. All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.
12 The body is a unit, though it is composed of many parts. And although its parts are many, they all form one body. So it is with Christ. For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.
13 For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, slave or free, and we were all given into one Spirit to drink. For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit. For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink.
14 For the body does not consist of one part, but of many. For the body does not consist of one member but of many. Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many.
15 If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. Now if the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body.
16 And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body.
17 If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? If the whole body were an eye, where would be the sense of hearing? If the whole body were an ear, where would be the sense of smell? If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be?
18 But in fact, God has arranged the members of the body, every one of them, according to His design. But as it is, God arranged the members in the body, each one of them, as he chose. But in fact God has placed the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be.
19 If they were all one part, where would the body be? If all were a single member, where would the body be? If they were all one part, where would the body be?
20 As it is, there are many parts, but one body. As it is, there are many parts, yet one body. As it is, there are many parts, but one body.
21 The eye cannot say to the hand, “I do not need you.” Nor can the head say to the feet, “I do not need you.” The eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you,” nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” The eye cannot say to the hand, “I don’t need you!” And the head cannot say to the feet, “I don’t need you!”

23 and the parts we consider less honorable, we treat with greater honor. 24 whereas our presentable parts have no such need. But God has composed the body and has given greater honor to the parts that lacked it, which our more presentable parts do not require. But God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the parts that lacked it,
25 so that there should be no divisions in the body, but that its members should have mutual concern for one another. that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other.
26 If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.
