| 1My heart is confident in you, O God; no wonder I can sing your praises with all my heart! | 1A song. A psalm of David. My heart, O God, is steadfast; I will sing and make music with all my soul. |
| 2Wake up, lyre and harp! I will wake the dawn with my song. | 2Awake, harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn. |
| 3I will thank you, LORD, among all the people. I will sing your praises among the nations. | 3I will praise you, LORD, among the nations; I will sing of you among the peoples. |
