NASB Parallel KJV [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New American Standard Bible 1995King James Bible
For the choir director. A Song. A Psalm. Shout joyfully to God, all the earth;1To the chief Musician, A Song or Psalm. Make a joyful noise unto God, all ye lands:
Sing the glory of His name; Make His praise glorious.2Sing forth the honour of his name: make his praise glorious.
Say to God, "How awesome are Your works! Because of the greatness of Your power Your enemies will give feigned obedience to You.3Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee.
"All the earth will worship You, And will sing praises to You; They will sing praises to Your name." Selah.4All the earth shall worship thee, and shall sing unto thee; they shall sing to thy name. Selah.
Come and see the works of God, Who is awesome in His deeds toward the sons of men.5Come and see the works of God: he is terrible in his doing toward the children of men.
He turned the sea into dry land; They passed through the river on foot; There let us rejoice in Him!6He turned the sea into dry land: they went through the flood on foot: there did we rejoice in him.
He rules by His might forever; His eyes keep watch on the nations; Let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.7He ruleth by his power for ever; his eyes behold the nations: let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.
Bless our God, O peoples, And sound His praise abroad,8O bless our God, ye people, and make the voice of his praise to be heard:
Who keeps us in life And does not allow our feet to slip.9Which holdeth our soul in life, and suffereth not our feet to be moved.
For You have tried us, O God; You have refined us as silver is refined.10For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.
You brought us into the net; You laid an oppressive burden upon our loins.11Thou broughtest us into the net; thou laidst affliction upon our loins.
You made men ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water, Yet You brought us out into a place of abundance.12Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.
I shall come into Your house with burnt offerings; I shall pay You my vows,13I will go into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay thee my vows,
Which my lips uttered And my mouth spoke when I was in distress.14Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in trouble.
I shall offer to You burnt offerings of fat beasts, With the smoke of rams; I shall make an offering of bulls with male goats. Selah.15I will offer unto thee burnt sacrifices of fatlings, with the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah.
Come and hear, all who fear God, And I will tell of what He has done for my soul.16Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.
I cried to Him with my mouth, And He was extolled with my tongue.17I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.
If I regard wickedness in my heart, The Lord will not hear;18If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:
But certainly God has heard; He has given heed to the voice of my prayer.19But verily God hath heard me; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer.
Blessed be God, Who has not turned away my prayer Nor His lovingkindness from me.20Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.
