HE who dwells in the protection of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God; in him will I trust. I will say to the LORD, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
Surely he shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from vain gossip. For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence.
He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you shall trust; his truth shall be your shield and buckler. He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
You shall not be afraid for the terror by night, nor for the arrow that flies by day, You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day, You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day,
Nor for the conspiracy that spreads in darkness; nor for the pestilence that wastes at noonday. nor the pestilence that stalks in darkness, nor the destruction that wastes at noonday. nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.
Thousands shall fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.
Only with your eyes shall you behold the reward of the wicked. You will only look with your eyes and see the recompense of the wicked. You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.
For thou, O LORD, art my trust; thou hast established thy habitation in the highest. Because you have made the LORD your dwelling place— the Most High, who is my refuge— If you say, “The LORD is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling,
There shall no evil befall you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. no evil shall be allowed to befall you, no plague come near your tent. no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent.
For he shall give his angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;
They shall bear you up in their hands, lest you dash your foot against a stone. On their hands they will bear you up, lest you strike your foot against a stone. they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
You shall tread upon the viper and adder; you shall trample under foot the lion and the great serpent. You will tread on the lion and the adder; the young lion and the serpent you will trample underfoot. You will tread on the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
Because he has loved me, therefore will I deliver him; I will set him on high because he has known my name. “Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him; I will protect him, because he knows my name. “Because he loves me,” says the LORD, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
He shall call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. When he calls to me, I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.
With long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.” With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.”
