אֲמָרַ֖י
הַאֲזִ֥ינָה ׀
יְהוָ֗ה
בִּ֣ינָה
הֲגִֽיגִי׃
For the choirmaster,
to be accompanied by
flutes.
A Psalm
of David.
Give ear
to my words,
O LORD;
consider
my groaning.
{{To the chief Musician
upon Nehiloth,
A Psalm
of David.
}} Give ear
to my words,
O LORD,
consider
my meditation.

הַקְשִׁ֤יבָה ׀
לְק֬וֹל
שַׁוְעִ֗י
מַלְכִּ֥י
וֵאלֹהָ֑י
כִּֽי־
אֵ֝לֶ֗יךָ
אֶתְפַּלָּֽל׃
Attend to
the sound
of my cry,
my King
and my God,
for
to You
I pray.
Hearken
unto the voice
of my cry,
my King,
and my God:
for unto thee will I pray.

יְֽהוָ֗ה
בֹּ֭קֶר
תִּשְׁמַ֣ע
קוֹלִ֑י
בֹּ֥קֶר
אֶֽעֱרָךְ־
לְ֝ךָ֗
וַאֲצַפֶּֽה׃
In the morning,
O LORD,
You hear
my voice;
at daybreak
I lay my plea
before You
and wait in expectation.
My voice
shalt thou hear
in the morning,
O LORD;
in the morning
will I direct
[my prayer] unto thee, and will look up.

For
You
are not
a God
who delights
in wickedness;
no
evil
can dwell with You.
For thou [art] not a God
that hath pleasure
in wickedness:
neither shall evil
dwell
with thee.

The boastful
cannot
stand
in Your presence;
You hate
all
workers
of iniquity.
The foolish
shall not stand
in thy sight:
thou hatest
all workers
of iniquity.

יְהוָֽה׃
You destroy
those who tell
lies;
the LORD
abhors
the man
of bloodshed
and deceit.
Thou shalt destroy
them that speak
leasing:
the LORD
will abhor
the bloody
and deceitful
man.

בְּיִרְאָתֶֽךָ׃
But I
will enter
Your house
by the abundance
of Your loving devotion;
in reverence
I will bow down
toward
Your holy
temple.
But as for me, I will come
[into] thy house
in the multitude
of thy mercy:
[and] in thy fear
will I worship
toward thy holy
temple.

יְהוָ֤ה ׀

לְפָנַ֣י
דַּרְכֶּֽךָ׃
Lead me,
O LORD,
in Your righteousness
because of
my enemies;
make straight
Your way
before me.
Lead
me, O LORD,
in thy righteousness
because of mine enemies;
make thy way
straight
before my face.

For
not a word
they speak
can be trusted;
destruction
lies within them.
Their throats
are open
graves;
their tongues
practice deceit.
For [there is] no faithfulness
in their mouth;
their inward
part [is] very wickedness;
their throat
[is] an open
sepulchre;
they flatter
with their tongue.

Declare them guilty,
O God;
let them fall
by their own devices.
Drive them out
for their many
transgressions,
for
they have rebelled
against You.
Destroy
thou them, O God;
let them fall
by their own counsels;
cast them out
in the multitude
of their transgressions;
for they have rebelled
against thee.

But let all
who take refuge
in You
rejoice;
let them ever shout for joy.
May You shelter
them,
that those who love
Your name
may rejoice
in You.
But let all those that put their trust
in thee rejoice:
let them ever
shout for joy,
because thou defendest
them: let them also that love
thy name
be joyful
in thee.

For surely
You,
O LORD,
bless
the righteous;
You surround them
with the shield
of Your favor.
For thou, LORD,
wilt bless
the righteous;
with favour
wilt thou compass
him as [with] a shield.
