I love the LORD because he heard my plea for mercy, I love the LORD, because he has heard my voice and my pleas for mercy. I love the LORD, for he heard my voice; he heard my cry for mercy.
and listened to me. As long as I live, I will call to him when I need help. Because he inclined his ear to me, therefore I will call on him as long as I live. Because he turned his ear to me, I will call on him as long as I live.
The ropes of death tightened around me, the snares of Sheol confronted me. I was confronted with trouble and sorrow. The snares of death encompassed me; the pangs of Sheol laid hold on me; I suffered distress and anguish. The cords of death entangled me, the anguish of the grave came over me; I was overcome by distress and sorrow.
I called on the name of the LORD, |Please LORD, rescue my life!| Then I called on the name of the LORD: “O LORD, I pray, deliver my soul!” Then I called on the name of the LORD: “LORD, save me!”
The LORD is merciful and fair; our God is compassionate. Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; our God is merciful. The LORD is gracious and righteous; our God is full of compassion.
The LORD protects the untrained; I was in serious trouble and he delivered me. The LORD preserves the simple; when I was brought low, he saved me. The LORD protects the unwary; when I was brought low, he saved me.
Rest once more, my soul, for the LORD has vindicated you. Return, O my soul, to your rest; for the LORD has dealt bountifully with you. Return to your rest, my soul, for the LORD has been good to you.
Yes, LORD, you rescued my life from death, and kept my feet from stumbling. For you have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling; For you, LORD, have delivered me from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling,
I will serve the LORD in the land of the living. I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living. that I may walk before the LORD in the land of the living.
I had faith when I said, |I am severely oppressed.| I believed, even when I spoke: “I am greatly afflicted”; I trusted in the LORD when I said, “I am greatly afflicted|;
I rashly declared, |All men are liars.| I said in my alarm, “All mankind are liars.” in my alarm I said, “Everyone is a liar.”
How can I repay the LORD for all his acts of kindness to me? What shall I render to the LORD for all his benefits to me? What shall I return to the LORD for all his goodness to me?
I will celebrate my deliverance, and call on the name of the LORD. I will lift up the cup of salvation and call on the name of the LORD, I will lift up the cup of salvation and call on the name of the LORD.
I will fulfill my vows to the LORD before all his people. I will pay my vows to the LORD in the presence of all his people. I will fulfill my vows to the LORD in the presence of all his people.
The LORD values the lives of his faithful followers. Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints. Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his faithful servants.
Yes, LORD! I am indeed your servant; I am your lowest slave. You saved me from death. O LORD, I am your servant; I am your servant, the son of your maidservant. You have loosed my bonds. Truly I am your servant, LORD; I serve you just as my mother did; you have freed me from my chains.
I will present a thank offering to you, and call on the name of the LORD. I will offer to you the sacrifice of thanksgiving and call on the name of the LORD. I will sacrifice a thank offering to you and call on the name of the LORD.
I will fulfill my vows to the LORD before all his people, I will pay my vows to the LORD in the presence of all his people, I will fulfill my vows to the LORD in the presence of all his people,
in the courts of the LORD's temple, in your midst, O Jerusalem. Praise the LORD! in the courts of the house of the LORD, in your midst, O Jerusalem. Praise the LORD! in the courts of the house of the LORD— in your midst, Jerusalem. Praise the LORD.
