2 Suddenly a leper came and knelt before Him, saying, “Lord {Kyrie}, if You are willing, You can make me clean. And behold, a leper came to him and knelt before him, saying, “Lord, if you will, you can make me clean.” A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said, “Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.”
3 Jesus reached out His hand and touched the man. “I am willing, He said. “Be clean! And immediately his leprosy was cleansed. And Jesus stretched out his hand and touched him, saying, “I will; be clean.” And immediately his leprosy was cleansed. Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. “I am willing,” he said. “Be clean!” Immediately he was cleansed of his leprosy.
4 Then Jesus (YHWH saves) instructed him, “See that you don’t tell anyone. But go, show yourself to the priest and offer the gift prescribed by Moses (drawn out), as a testimony to them .” And Jesus said to him, “See that you say nothing to anyone, but go, show yourself to the priest and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a proof to them.” Then Jesus said to him, “See that you don’t tell anyone. 5 When Jesus had entered Capernaum (village of comfort), a centurion (commander of a hundred) came and pleaded with Him, When he had entered Capernaum, a centurion came forward to him, appealing to him, When Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to him, asking for help.

9 For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell one to go, and he goes, and another to come, and he comes. I tell my servant {doulō} to do something, and he does it. And I say to one, ‘Go,’ and he goes, and to another, ‘Come,’ and he comes, and to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.” For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. 10 When Jesus (YHWH saves) heard this, He marveled and said to those following Him, “Truly I tell you⁺, I have not found anyone in Israel (He wrestles with God) with such great faith. When Jesus heard this, he marveled and said to those who followed him, “Truly, I tell you, with no one in Israel have I found such faith. 11 I say to you⁺ that many will come from the east and the west to share the banquet with Abraham (father of many), Isaac (he will laugh), and Jacob (he grasps the heel) in the kingdom of heaven. I tell you, many will come from east and west and recline at table with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven, I say to you that many will come from the east and the west, and will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.
12 But the sons of the kingdom will be thrown into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing (grinding) of teeth. while the sons of the kingdom will be thrown into the outer darkness. 13 Then Jesus (YHWH saves) said to the centurion (commander of a hundred), “Go! As you have believed (had faith), so will it be done for you. And his servant was healed at that very hour. And to the centurion Jesus said, “Go; let it be done for you as you have believed.” And the servant was healed at that very moment. Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go! Let it be done just as you believed it would.” And his servant was healed at that moment.
14 When Jesus (YHWH saves) arrived at Peter’s house, He saw Peter’s mother-in-law sick in bed with a fever. And when Jesus entered Peter’s house, he saw his mother-in-law lying sick with a fever. When Jesus came into Peter’s house, he saw Peter’s mother-in-law lying in bed with a fever.

21 Another of His disciples (pupils) requested, “Lord {Kyrie}, first let me go and bury my father {patera}. Another of the disciples said to him, “Lord, let me first go and bury my father.” Another disciple said to him, “Lord, first let me go and bury my father.”
22 But Jesus (YHWH saves) told him, “Follow (accompany) Me, and let the dead bury their own dead. And Jesus said to him, “Follow me, and leave the dead to bury their own dead.” But Jesus told him, “Follow me, and let the dead bury their own dead.”
23 When He got into the boat, His disciples (pupils) followed Him. And when he got into the boat, his disciples followed him. Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him.
24 Suddenly a violent storm came up on the sea, so that the boat was engulfed by the waves. But Jesus was sleeping. And behold, there arose a great storm on the sea, so that the boat was being swamped by the waves; but he was asleep. Suddenly a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping.
25 The disciples went and woke Him, saying, “Lord {Kyrie}, save us! We are perishing! And they went and woke him, saying, “Save us, Lord; we are perishing.” The disciples went and woke him, saying, “Lord, save us! We’re going to drown!”
26 “You of little faith, Jesus replied, “why are you⁺ so afraid? Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and it was perfectly calm. And he said to them, “Why are you afraid, O you of little faith?” Then he rose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm. He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.
27 The men were amazed and asked, “What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the sea obey Him! And the men marveled, saying, “What sort of man is this, that even winds and sea obey him?” The men were amazed and asked, “What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!”
28 When Jesus arrived on the other side in the region of the Gadarenes [Gerasenes], He was met by two demon-possessed men coming from the tombs. They were so violent that no one could pass that way. 29 “What do You want with us, Son of God {Theou}? they shouted. “Have You come here to torture us before the appointed time? And behold, they cried out, “What have you to do with us, O Son of God? 30 In the distance a large herd of pigs was feeding. Now a herd of many pigs was feeding at some distance from them. Some distance from them a large herd of pigs was feeding.
31 So the demons begged Jesus, “If You drive us out, send us into the herd of pigs. And the demons begged him, saying, “If you cast us out, send us away into the herd of pigs.” The demons begged Jesus, “If you drive us out, send us into the herd of pigs.”
32 “Go! He told them. So they came out and went into the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea and died in the waters. 33 Those tending the pigs ran off into the town and reported all this, including the account of the demon-possessed men.
