Then the LORD said to Noah, “Enter the ark, you and all your household, for I have seen that you alone are righteous before me in this generation. Then the LORD said to Noah, “Go into the ark, you and all your household, for I have seen that you are righteous before me in this generation. The LORD then said to Noah, “Go into the ark, you and your whole family, because I have found you righteous in this generation.
You are to take with you seven pairs, a male and its female, of all the clean animals, and two of the animals that are not clean, a male and its female, Take with you seven pairs of all clean animals, the male and his mate, and a pair of the animals that are not clean, the male and his mate, Take with you seven pairs of every kind of clean animal, a male and its mate, and one pair of every kind of unclean animal, a male and its mate,
and seven pairs, male and female, of the birds of the sky—in order to keep offspring alive throughout the earth. and seven pairs of the birds of the heavens also, male and female, to keep their offspring alive on the face of all the earth. and also seven pairs of every kind of bird, male and female, to keep their various kinds alive throughout the earth.
Seven days from now I will make it rain on the earth forty days and forty nights, and every living thing I have made I will wipe off the face of the earth.” For in seven days I will send rain on the earth forty days and forty nights, and every living thing that I have made I will blot out from the face of the ground.” Seven days from now I will send rain on the earth for forty days and forty nights, and I will wipe from the face of the earth every living creature I have made.”
And Noah did everything that the LORD commanded him. And Noah did all that the LORD had commanded him. And Noah did all that the LORD commanded him.
Noah was six hundred years old when the flood came and water covered the earth. Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters came upon the earth. Noah was six hundred years old when the floodwaters came on the earth.
So Noah, his sons, his wife, and his sons’ wives entered the ark because of the floodwaters. And Noah and his sons and his wife and his sons’ wives with him went into the ark to escape the waters of the flood. And Noah and his sons and his wife and his sons’ wives entered the ark to escape the waters of the flood.
From the animals that are clean, and from the animals that are not clean, and from the birds and every creature that crawls on the ground, Of clean animals, and of animals that are not clean, and of birds, and of everything that creeps on the ground, Pairs of clean and unclean animals, of birds and of all creatures that move along the ground,
two of each, male and female, came to Noah and entered the ark, just as God had commanded him. two and two, male and female, went into the ark with Noah, as God had commanded Noah. male and female, came to Noah and entered the ark, as God had commanded Noah.
Seven days later the floodwaters came on the earth. And after seven days the waters of the flood came upon the earth. And after the seven days the floodwaters came on the earth.
In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the sources of the vast watery depths burst open, the floodgates of the sky were opened, In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great deep burst forth, and the windows of the heavens were opened. In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, on the seventeenth day of the second month—on that day all the springs of the great deep burst forth, and the floodgates of the heavens were opened.
and the rain fell on the earth forty days and forty nights. And rain fell upon the earth forty days and forty nights. And rain fell on the earth forty days and forty nights.
On that same day Noah and his three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth, entered the ark, along with Noah’s wife and his three sons’ wives. On the very same day Noah and his sons, Shem and Ham and Japheth, and Noah’s wife and the three wives of his sons with them entered the ark, On that very day Noah and his sons, Shem, Ham and Japheth, together with his wife and the wives of his three sons, entered the ark.
They entered it with all the wildlife according to their kinds, all livestock according to their kinds, all the creatures that crawl on the earth according to their kinds, every flying creature—all the birds and every winged creature—according to their kinds. they and every beast, according to its kind, and all the livestock according to their kinds, and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth, according to its kind, and every bird, according to its kind, every winged creature. They had with them every wild animal according to its kind, all livestock according to their kinds, every creature that moves along the ground according to its kind and every bird according to its kind, everything with wings.
Two of every creature that has the breath of life in it came to Noah and entered the ark. They went into the ark with Noah, two and two of all flesh in which there was the breath of life. Pairs of all creatures that have the breath of life in them came to Noah and entered the ark.
Those that entered, male and female of every creature, entered just as God had commanded him. Then the LORD shut him in. And those that entered, male and female of all flesh, went in as God had commanded him. And the LORD shut him in. The animals going in were male and female of every living thing, as God had commanded Noah. Then the LORD shut him in.
The flood continued for forty days on the earth; the water increased and lifted up the ark so that it rose above the earth. The flood continued forty days on the earth. The waters increased and bore up the ark, and it rose high above the earth. For forty days the flood kept coming on the earth, and as the waters increased they lifted the ark high above the earth.
The water surged and increased greatly on the earth, and the ark floated on the surface of the water. The waters prevailed and increased greatly on the earth, and the ark floated on the face of the waters. The waters rose and increased greatly on the earth, and the ark floated on the surface of the water.
Then the water surged even higher on the earth, and all the high mountains under the whole sky were covered. And the waters prevailed so mightily on the earth that all the high mountains under the whole heaven were covered. They rose greatly on the earth, and all the high mountains under the entire heavens were covered.
The mountains were covered as the water surged above them more than twenty feet. The waters prevailed above the mountains, covering them fifteen cubits deep. The waters rose and covered the mountains to a depth of more than fifteen cubits.
Every creature perished—those that crawl on the earth, birds, livestock, wildlife, and those that swarm on the earth, as well as all mankind. And all flesh died that moved on the earth, birds, livestock, beasts, all swarming creatures that swarm on the earth, and all mankind. Every living thing that moved on land perished—birds, livestock, wild animals, all the creatures that swarm over the earth, and all mankind.
Everything with the breath of the spirit of life in its nostrils —everything on dry land died. Everything on the dry land in whose nostrils was the breath of life died. Everything on dry land that had the breath of life in its nostrils died.
He wiped out every living thing that was on the face of the earth, from mankind to livestock, to creatures that crawl, to the birds of the sky, and they were wiped off the earth. Only Noah was left, and those that were with him in the ark. He blotted out every living thing that was on the face of the ground, man and animals and creeping things and birds of the heavens. They were blotted out from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those who were with him in the ark. Every living thing on the face of the earth was wiped out; people and animals and the creatures that move along the ground and the birds were wiped from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those with him in the ark.
And the water surged on the earth 150 days. And the waters prevailed on the earth 150 days. The waters flooded the earth for a hundred and fifty days.
