29 I do not mean yours but the other person's. For why is my freedom being judged by another's conscience? I do not mean your conscience, but his. For why should my liberty be determined by someone else’s conscience? I am referring to the other person’s conscience, not yours. For why is my freedom being judged by another’s conscience?
30 If I partake with thankfulness, why am I blamed for the food that I give thanks for? If I partake with thankfulness, why am I denounced because of that for which I give thanks? If I take part in the meal with thankfulness, why am I denounced because of something I thank God for?

33 just as I also try to please everyone in all things.
