Psalm 128
KJV Parallel NET [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
King James BibleNET Bible
1A Song of degrees. Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways.1A song of ascents. How blessed is every one of the LORD's loyal followers, each one who keeps his commands!
2For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.2You will eat what you worked so hard to grow. You will be blessed and secure.
3Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.3Your wife will be like a fruitful vine in the inner rooms of your house; your children will be like olive branches, as they sit all around your table.
4Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.4Yes indeed, the man who fears the LORD will be blessed in this way.
5The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.5May the LORD bless you from Zion, that you might see Jerusalem prosper all the days of your life,
6Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel.6and that you might see your grandchildren. May Israel experience peace!
